Huge amount of space. Wifi could be better. More kitchen utensils needed. Pool was so nice! Really clean. Garage was nice to have. Quite neighborhood. Close to walmart main roads

It was dirty. Articles of clothing and trash under the dresser in the master. Large amount of dust on the ceiling fan in the master that fell on my husband while sleeping. Very little kitchen supplies you couldn’t make any food. Ants were on the counters. Long black hairs in both showers.

More than I expected.

This was my very first time using Vrbo. The vibe was everything we wanted plus more. The property was very clean. The pool was amazing and just the serene back yard and pool, we wanted for the 4th. My family came and swam and ate and we finished off the night relaxing in the jacuzzi and had a great night sleep. Anatoli was extremely nice and amazing. 1,000 Stars!! I will definitely be using Vrbo again.

Friends trip

The house was large enough for our group, only one challenge there wasn’t any trash bags, paper towels, or toilet paper to get us through the two nights. Overall a very comfortable place, owner was very responsive.

Plenty of room

The house has plenty of room for everyone to sleep. If you are using the couches for extra beds, you will not be disappointed. Both are oversized. The location was great. Close to downtown and a easy highway drive to the strip. Host communication was prompt.

The pictures convey an accurate view of the property in North Las Vegas. It suited our requirements. Only downside is that the jacuzzi and pool were not available for maintenance reasons.

Great house

My family had a great time in this 3 bedroom large home. Highlights of the house is the the very large pool and hot tub which we enjoyed daily. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and close the the events we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Vegas.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN VEGAS !

Overall great place to stay , the host was very responsive and friendly. He made sure we were taken care of and comfortable in his home . The pool is huge and great for the kids ! Just make sure you let him know in advance if you want it heated ! the house is as spotless with plenty of towels for showers and the pool We loved staying here and definitely plan on coming back ! Save yourself! Disappointed

After reading the other poor reviews, I reached out to the owner prior to booking to ensure our expectations were understood. I was impressed by his initial replies. I was assured that the Jacuzzi was in good working order and that my small dog was allowed (per the pre-booking instructions). After Anatoli assured me everything was satisfactory, we booked. Anatoli was there upon our arrival and explained that he just put in the new heater on the spa (fantastic!) however, only he had the ability to turn it on and off from an app. This was a problem because he lost his phone and we were unable to heat the spa when we texted and requested it. More than 80% of the time we wanted to use the spa, it was cold and he was unreachable. In addition to that we were instructed we had to “Blow into a 2” tube coming out of the ground to get the bubbles to come on” (Really!!??!!) after complaining about the jacuzzi not being on he reminded me to review the rules )which I had) and warned me that if my dog used any of the beds, he would charge me to replace the mattress. Thankfully my dog only sleeps on his own bed. The rest of the house and furniture (beds/couches) were mediocre at best and some so uncomfortable that guests chose to sleep on the couches over the beds. The place has some considerable flaws to mention: broken tiles all around the spa, broken glass in the master bedroom door (to the outside), rusted pans in the kitchen (we had to go buy a skillet just to be able to cook), broken oven door, etc. it was obvious to the 6 professional adults staying there that he did not hire a cleaning service (even though VRBO Users pay handsomely for cleaning) there was dust everywhere, fecal matter in the toilets, as well as dog waste in the yard (prior to our arrival). We requested a refund for the lack of spa use and were denied. This review will hopefully save others the heartache & disappointment we encountered renting this space. It has so much potential but the owner is just getting what he can as cheaply as he can.

Vegas Stay

House was not clean upon arrival. The dinner plates in the cabinet were not clean and the light fixture above the dining room table had dead bugs on it. We had to wipe down the oven top because it was greasy and the counter tops just so we could feel like we had a clean space. Coffee maker was inadequate for 6 adults for a 3 day weekend - it was a small 4 cup coffee maker. Hot tub was broken when we arrived and the owner was unable to fix it during our stay. A very small refund was given for the cleanliness issue and broken hot tub. Kitchen cabinets were messy with random clutter in some cupboards. Inadequate supply of dishes and drinking glasses in kitchen. Not well stocked at all and pots and pans were not desirable to cook in. In general the house was overall not clean and not up to very high standards we come to expect for a VRBO rental.

Amazing house, mixed checkin

The place was beautiful, clean and tidy and had everything we needed, only issue was we arrived about 3 hours aftet he check in time and they were still getting the place cleaned up and ready...the owner reimbursed us for the inconvenience, which was really nice. The rest of the stay was perfect!

BEST Rental Experience

A situation that could have ruined our trip was made a smooth, easy process thanks to Anatoli. He had unforeseen water damage to his rental property and went out of his way to put us in (very nice) private accommodations until the rental was fixed. Once we arrived to the property, check-in was very easy and Anatoli was incredibly attentive. The jacuzzi DOES work with a quick text to Anatoli, he will turn it on ASAP for you (communication is KEY). All-in-all, I VERY much appreciate Anatoli making our stay in Las Vegas such a breeze and accommodating to our needs when his own life was being turned upside-down. Thank you so very much! (:

Worst place to stay, appliances unusable, amenities in very bad or unworking condition.

Would not recommend. I paid a jacuzzi fee only to find that the jacuzzi was inoperable, not to mention the owner called daily trying to collect fees for heating it. Also, owner claimed to be unaware of pets on property even though we paid extra. Roaches were found in the home and owner claimed they came from outside. We've stayed at many places in Vegas but this was by far the worst experience.
