Great spacious home!

Had a great stay for my 7 friends and I for EDC weekend! Would stay again. Property owner communicated timely and even helped make the AC work on one side of the home as soonnas we arrived. Comfortable and the pictures dont do this home justice!

Spacious and quiet retreat

We were about to accomidate friends and family for preparation of our Sons wedding in las Vegas where he and his new bride reside, im a home builder and i must say that house design allows for multiple areas of privacy, we had 7 adults and i 2 year old , you could have added 10 more people and would have plenty of room .

Perfect getaway from below zero weather!

This is a great location to enjoy the desert, wonderful walking and biking trails and easy to get anywhere!The home is spacious, a great backyard, BBQ and firepit.Our hosts were very responsive to our one request.We will try to book next year!

Awesome Place for Large group

How! Couldn't ask for a better place for our family. We had 4 adult children, spouses and 3 grandchildren. The place is HuGE. The common areas were big and accommodated different activities. Rooms split between 2 hallways. Will stay against!

Golf Outing

Great house and location. Played golf courses all over Vegas. House was clean, cool, roomy and in an ideal location for golf and to go to the casinos and strip. Really enjoyed the open concept around the kitchen! Made for some great food and fellowship.

Excellent location to boat at Lake Mead

This house is a great size for a couple of families to come out to go boating on Lake Mead. The location is great, and the house is spacious enough for the adults to do their thing and the kids to do theirs. As one other renter said, it does need some TLC. A deep clean and a little paint on the walls would bring it up a notch.

Pretty disappointed overall

I would like to start off with the positives. The house size is great. The bedrooms had plenty of space. Now, on to the issues we had to deal with. The house was so dirty!! The bedrooms had the appropriate bedding on the beds, but when we needed extra blankets and sheets for the pull out beds, none was found. The bathrooms were not stocked with enough toilet paper for more than a half of one day. The kitchen floor was sticky, the patio furniture was in dis-array and filthy. The carpet was stained and just gross. The back door does not lock so we couldn't leave our belongings inside without worrying about theft. I tried to communicate with the property owner about toilet paper needs, but was unable to get a response back. I am thoroughly disappointed in this home.

We found dirty towels on the bathrooms cabinets All the pillows are dirty. Inside of the kitchen cabinets are messy and dirty. We can’t never use the hot tub. One shower was clogged The house is beautiful but definitely,they need a good house cleaning!

We were there for my father’s funeral at Boulder Veteran’s center 12 mins away. This is a nice house that is not taken care of. Carpets need stream cleaning badly. Many things broken could be fixed easily by a handyman. Fridge in kitchen not working you walk very far to the garage fridge put replacement in house NO cornhole as listed NO basketball as listed Broken ping pong paddles Hot tub LED says not serviced for over 100 days(gross) 2 bedrooms have 1 queen bed in them not 2 as listed Never got anything about the app to run heat and cameras Bad communication with host. One bathroom had sign that said out of order but it did seem to work. There was TP and garbage bags there but no shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, coffee, filters. Just not well appointed compared to all the other rentals we have stayed in. It is a nice location by a large park we went and played pickleball there since none of the games were playable at the house. WiFi is pretty bad as mentioned by others There are 2 twin trundles in the family room next to garage There is a pullout couch in the middle of the living room Extra pillows but no pillow cases. Washing machine but no detergent. Overall it needs a host who cares to repair damage and can write an honest accurate listing. Also a quick trip to Costco for amenities. They did leave a 4 page list of rules and fees they would charge me at the house but they have not offered any refund for all of the things that were not as listed.

The following was wrong with the house: Locks on front door and side door didn't work properly. One didn't lock at all, the front door didn't open. One bathroom didn't work, wifi was non existent, even though it was offered as an amenity. There was no heat for the home as it was broken. I reached out to the property tmanagement and received no response, the plugs in one bathroom didn't work. We attended a function in this same location 6 months ago and the same things were broken.

Needs Immediate Attention!

This is a beautiful home that fit our family of 11 perfectly. With that being said, It really needs some attention. I feel like the owner needs to take pause and re-look at he property and its needs. The outside furniture is fraying and the corn hole boards are weather rotted. The inside has many things that need attention. The locks on the doors are a joke (was in previous comments and not addressed). Front door doesnt even open. Back french doors off living room don't lock. We put a chair under the handles. The main door use is the door to the garage. Big beautiful fridge in Kitchen doesn't work. (Comments from July) Had to use fridge out in the garage. VERY inconvenient. You don't realize how much everyone needs in the fridge. Cleanliness: Some linens we stained. My daughters linens were not washed at all there was crud on her sheets and make-up on her pillow. Had to get our own towels out of the dryer. Cleaning rags left in washer. Pulled out a pan to start breakfast and it had cooked food in it still. The vacuuming was less then par still had crumbs in living room. House was not very well stocked. 1 pod dish washing pod for four days. No xtra trash bags for 11 people for 4 days. one little bit of laundry soap. (I always throw our towels and/or linens in to wash before we leave). No coffee pods. This is a beautiful home. I just feel like they need to re-look at the charge of the home make those improvements and make sure they are living up to their end of the deal.

Beautiful House But Minor Maintenance Issues

The house was very nice and was huge. But there were numerous maintenance issues and communication with the property manager was very slow. The kitchen had a beautiful commercial grade freezer/refrigerator unit, but the refrigerator did not work so we had to us a second refrigerator out in the garage. It surprised me that the regular refrigerator was not fixed and a previous review reported it broke during their stay in July.

Annual Family Trip

Communication with owner was spotty, always very delayed. Fridge in the kitchen did not work upon arrival, a replacement fridge was delivered the following day and placed in the garage. Very inconvenient. AC in main section of the house had a hard time staying cool. Very low supply of toilet paper and no paper towels, had to ask for paper goods to be replenished. Broken and missing bathroom fixtures and missing knobs on main door handles which made it difficult to secure the home. Very little propane for bbq, had to ask for replacement tank. Very clear that the owner has very little oversight or concern foe his property or the tenants who are paying top dollar to stay there.
