Its not a fancy, new property but its perfect place to stay on a budget and is close enough to everything you want to do.

The location is very convenient for needing a grocery store or wanting to Uber to the strip. Unfortunately, we had to do laundry in the spare room. The bed definitely was not clean, and the remote was missing from the master bedroom. The price was right. Other than that, everything was fine.

Great place to stay if you are not trying to impress your traveling companions! Great location in reference to activities in the area. The property came with a nice balcony and great appliances. Will probably reserve for the same event next year.

This place was great. Little run down, but it has everything you need. Great option for the price they're charging. Road noise was pretty loud, but ear plugs solved that issue for sleeping. Would definitely stay here again

Decent place to stay. Very convenient to the strip and the arts district, with a dedicated parking spot. The apartment itself has some flaws, and there’s traffic noise, but the place was clean and had everything we needed. I’d stay here again.

Easy parking and access, but a very worn apartment. Holes in the walls, broken lights and door handles, some light switches not working at all in bedrooms, and just generally very used space. AC was working well.

Condo is near Chinatown tons of restaurants 10min from Mandalay Bay. No contact with host. Strong bug spray smell. Overall decent stay. Quiet but very close to strip. Would book again.

Great Location!

Close to the strip for a great price. The showers have solid water pressure and it was the perfect place to stay after hours at conventions.

Most everything work as it should, didnt have rote for master bedroom tv, pretty much only thing that wasnt as it should be, had some issues getting in, but contacted host immediately responded and got us in

There were some noticeable differences from the first time stay a year previously. Felt safe tho one of the burners on electric stove didn’t operate. I still would stay again but would like things to be touched up.

First off, overall it was a nice enough property and got the job done. For 2 bed/2bath you couldn’t beat the price. However, there were a bunch of things that really could’ve been better. There were so many issues with the lights. Flickering in the master bathroom, one of the master bedroom lamps didn’t work, the guest bedroom lights didn’t work, and the lamp shade in the guest bedroom was missing. There were 1.5 rolls of toilet paper in the master bathroom and 2 partial rolls in the guest bathroom. We had a 5 day stay. When we asked the host for more he didn’t reply other than they only put 2-3 rolls in total. The property isn’t in the best area and is a little beat up. Overall, still a decent stay.

Great for the price!

The property was perfect for us. It could use some TLC (holes in the wall, door handle issues), but it was super clean and advertised appropriately. It is right next to a busy road and it’s LOUD, so if quiet is important to you, this probably isn’t the one. Really great property for the price!

Nice little get away

Nice, previous person there left cigars all around the apartment. Some of the dishes were dirty. Other than that it wasn’t anything but a good time. Quiet homey place to stay. Would stay again
