Wouldn't stay anywhere else!

I'm so glad to have found this rental! Small and quiet with all the glitz and glam steps away.Perfect location in the middle of the strip, but like being at home. Very clean, stocked with necessities, full size appliances, filtered water, parking garage, onsite laundry, and more. I'll try to book everytime I'm in Vegas!here anytime

I will keep it short. This place is great! Hosts very responsive, detailed instructions on check in, literally on the strip, modern and clean, excellent labels and instructions on how to use everything, top notch like Michelin star level kitchen appliances. Hope you get the point. If it’s not available decent chance is because I already booked it again.

LV Strip house was amazing! Close to everything. Access to Cosmopolitan pool which is super easy to get to. Hosts were great at communicating. Would definitely recommend this to anyone going to Vegas.

Guys Weekend Away….

This property is absolutely spectacular. I can’t imagine staying in a hotel when this is an option. I don’t go to Vegas often but this accommodation makes me want to come back. From the location to the meticulous apartment. Amazing hosts!! This is a truly must stay place! The next time I come back to Vegas there is no question this is where I will stay!

Everything clearly labeled, clean, property managers answer the phone immediately. Absolutely no complaints on this. Only feedback I would add is to include how to get to jockey club from inside the cosmopolitan casino - clique bar, then right to slots, then right to elevators.

Great property & location

This was an amazing unit with plenty of space for our family of 4, very well appointed and maintained, clean and modern. And the location right on the Strip and directly connected to the Cosmopolitan was perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Incredible Location

We stayed in the condo for a long weekend. Cathy and Ward have thought of everything when it comes to the condo. They were also very responsive to our email questions. It was a great location in the middle of strip. We were able to watch the Bellagio fountains from our windows. We could not recommend this place more and we will definitely stay there again! Do not hesitant to book this condo you will not be disappointed.

Great Apartment, Great Location, Great price!

Highly recommend this apartment - easily accessible in the Cosmopolitan hotel, this place is right in the middle of the strip, lots of space, great beds, incredible showers, very clean, and great views of the Bellagio water show all day long! House can ready with a huge clean refrigerator, unlimited ice, coffee, kitchen utensils and internet.

Very comfortable, good location

The apartment was very comfortable and well-located, with an elevator in the lobby to the Cosmopolitan’s casino. The place was super clean and the beds comfortable (we only used two of them). My only complaint was that the host didn’t send us check-in info, and didn’t respond when I asked about it as we traveled to Las Vegas. It turned out fine (you have to check in with security in the jockey club, not at the normal front desk) but it was a little anxiety-inducing. That said, I would stay again!

Las Vegas get away

Myself and some of my old friends met up for a quick getaway and reconnect. This place had everything we need and more. Only three of us but could have accommodated 3 more comfortably with the room arrangements. Will definitely book this Vegas strip apartment connected to the Cosmopolitan next time I come out. Excellent location walking distance to all strip casinos and nightlife!

Great location, great amenities

My siblings and I (50+) all met in vegas from across the country. This provided a great place for all of us to congregate and hang out and chat while we were not out and about on the strip. The location is great, with direct access to the Cosmopolitan and walking distance to many things. It was well furnished with USB ports everywhere. I'm not kidding - every outlet had them and extra outlets were put in to add more. So your devices will never wait in line to be charged. The space is well utilized. 4 queen murphy beds with1 a double bed provided ample sleeping space.

Excellent stay!

We came out for a bachelorette party and couldn’t have been happier with the condo! The location was perfect. The condo was clean and they had thought of everything. We had a maintenance issue while we were there and the security and maintenance staff were incredibly prompt and helpful. We would definitely recommend a stay here!
