Get away with family

Overall everything was good except had to search for the remotes and not all the theater chairs work so that was kind of a bummer but for our stay it workef

Rough around the edges pictures are much nicer

The house and area over all are nice however the house has a lot of small flaws like switches broken, the spa tub in the master was un usable because drain stopper was broken. The pool is nice but the spa is just for looks and water fall as well I called and was told guest can’t use those features, The tvs barely worked and took a lot to make work we had to download a Roku remote app on our phone to use them. When we got in the house trash cans were still 1/2 full from the last guests overall looks much better in pictures than in person

The property was not as displayed. When we arrived there was a hot tub just like the picture displayed. The first night it was heated as was the pool. The next day everything was freezing cold. We called and they sent a worker to fix issue. The worker told us the hot tub would be hot when we returned back from our day. 5hrs later we returned and the heaters were still not working. We were then told after they attempted to fix it that it was no longer available. For the remainder of the stay we had no hot tub and the pool heater was also down. When in the back yard you will be recorded by multiple cameras 24/7. This is the first I have ever seen cameras in a vrbo. The Contact company was rude. There is an alarm on the back door that has to be pushed and held every time you enter or leave the door. Super annoying sound and kids will not even be able to reach it so you will have to let your kids in and out the whole stay and there is no way to turn it off. We woke up multiple mornings with workers in the back yard right by the bedroom windows with no heads up that they would be showing up. None of these workers can help you with your questions because none of them speak English. We found beer cans in the yard. cigarettes filled up in the fire pit. Cushions on all of chairs and yard furniture were really dirty. By far the worst vrbo we have stayed in to date.

Beautiful home, pool was not heated

Things we liked: Property was very clean and spacious, kids loved the theater room. House was in a great location. Things we disliked: pool and hot tub were not heated. Kitchen only had 1 pan to cook with. Forks were very limited, there were no dish cloths.

BEWARE of this property

The house and neighborhood are nice. The house was clean. That’s it for the good things. We rented this house specifically for the pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub are not as they appear in the pictures. The pool and hot tub had clearly not been cleaned in weeks if not months. When we arrived the water in the pool and hot tub were a disgusting green. There was garbage and leaves floating in the water. On the bottom of the pool there was more garbage and leaves and dirt. It was so gross. We called the management company numerous times throughout our stay to complain and only talked to people in the Philippines??? who would say things like “I’ll talk to my manager and call you back” which they never did. Then when we would call we would tell them we would stay on the line while they talked to their manager. Then they would just hang up. We called over 10 times and never talked to someone who did not work for the answering service in the Philippines. We also called VRBO and were told they couldn’t do anything other than move us to a different house. There were 7 of us and it would have been really difficult to find another place and move so we decided to stay. We asked if we could get a partial refund since we could not use the pool and hot tub and again we were hung up on. In addition to the pool and hot tub the grill wouldn’t work. We also had problems getting into the house when we arrived. We were supposed to receive a key code which never came. As I mentioned before we called and talked to someone in the Philippines and it took about 30 minutes for them to finally send us the code. Clearly the corporation that owns this property doesn’t give one iota about making sure their guests enjoy their stay. I would not recommend this house and I plan on talking with VRBO about why they would allow this listing on their website. Very disappointing experience.

Great Property with all the little things done right

We stay in many locations with our desert racing team and this property was easily the most well equipped we have stayed at. The kitchen had everything needed including coffee filters and an actual spice rack. Even the laundry room was stocked with detergent. Only downside was there were no instructions we could find to use the hot tub or hvac systems. But overall any amazing place, would definitely recommend.

Golf getaway

The house and back yard are fabulous. The media room was great fun for chilling after each day of golf. The only glitch was being able to get accurate information about accessing the wifi network -- we ended up having to use cellular data the whole week.

Christmas on the Sands of Nevada

Had a very Merry Christmas with our adult children and their partners. The home is wonderfully spacious and the movie room is great fun. Super large backyard, we were rained out, but super spacious and well appointed. The kitchen is great for gathering and prepping large meals. Bedrooms are spacious, split layout provides privacy got all. Great place!
