Me gustó la comodidad la amabilidad de los empleados ,lo espacioso que era la suite ,pero tienen cocina y no tenían ningun tipo de cubiertos ,si estoy de vacaciones no voy andar con los platos,vasos,cubiertos ,ollas !!!so no tenían ningún tipo de cubiertos y la cafetera estaba incompleta pero muy tranquilo y lejos del bullicio

The check in was easy and fast. Lobby is immaculate. Rooms are great, water pressure and temperature was fantastic. Staff was helpful. Morning breakfast had options for all and check out is at noon which is unheard of in the hotel industry if you ask me.

This property smelled of wet dog in the lobbie and rotten egg on the elevator. Anybody with allergy issues would struggle here could only handle 2 of 5 days and had to change hotels. The spa was over chlorinated as well and the front desk might as well had been empty. Our room was also not ready at time of check in. Avoid ! Avoid !

This is a nice hotel but if you are traveling with a pet the $75.00 pet fee per day is excessive. Most hotels charge less.

Great location, modern comfortable rooms
This hotel is located adjacent to Silverton / Bass Pro Shop. Easy access in & out, the room was well sized and appointed. Very enjoyable stay. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Facilities were clean, nice room, and friendly staff. Only complaint is dog area doesn’t really exist. Only a dirt area with rocks that got into my puppy’s feet. Poop bag dispenser was empty and the same trash was there for at least two days, until I brought that to their attention. They are dog friendly though. Glad we had parking lots to walk in at least.
