Super Bowl Stay

We picked a house instead of hotel rooms so we could watch the big game with friends in town. Worked out amazing. Pon is an amazing host and so much help to us during our stay.

Great place for large group; Helpful Manager

Some confusion on pass code number at check in but manager EXTREMELY apologetic and timely in her response. Pool was great given we were there during their early summer heat wave. Great place for a group with large number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

An Honest Review

The stay was good. Upon coming into the neighborhood i was a little taken back as it looked like Richmond California; I admit im prefer a little more upscale, however, all neighbors I came in contact with had a pleasant disposition. The surrounding area was nice as was the inside and all amenities. It was too cold for the pool, hot tub worked well. Nota good space for toddlers, recommend 5 and up. Great for people with mobility issues, there is one step you can not avoid that leads into the house, after that you are good.

In town for concert and seeing the Sphere

House was amazing. Beautiful and clean, outdoor area, pool and hot tub awesome! Pon was a great host, so helpful, and excellent communication. Location was great proximity to the strip and Freemont Street! Would totally stay again. Thank you for everything.

Eager and willing to help host!

The host was incredibly helpful when we needed supplies and easy to contact via. text. The property was in great condition and a lot bigger than I pictured it. The pool is well kept and clean. One small issue was there appears to be water damage in the washing machine area, but we did not need this appliance. The kitchen is well equipped and everything we needed was there. Beds were comfortable and parking ample. Great experience!

I would like to say that the host was so nice. With that being said, there are major areas for improvement in this location. The home has a very bad smell of sewage that has been present all weekend. Our best attempts to alleviate it included lighting candles and opening the doors whenever possible. When I told the host, she said that it might be the P trap and to run the showers and pour bleach down the drains. I don't think this is something I should be doing, since I am a guest and am paying almost $3000 for this location. However, the smell didn't disappear after we tried that. Other issues: There was also no propane in the grill (This was resolved quickly) drainage from the primary bathroom shower is a bit slow. No hand soap in the primary bedroom and an almost empty soap container in the hallway bathroom. Kitchen did not have paper towels so we purchased our own. There were no dishwashing tablets so we purchased our own. BillardsTable nets have holes in them. We did let the host know a few of our concerns as she did show up as we were leaving. I asked for some sort of compensation since the location isn't worth what we paid. I will gladly remove / update my review once our issues are resolved.

Tennis Fun in Vegas

Our tennis team stayed in this home while in Vegas for a tennis tournament. Pon, our property manager was fabulous. So responsive and on it. We had a great time swimming in the pool and grilling together in the backyard. Great spot for all being together.

Perfect house close to strip for groups

Hosts were awesome and super responsive. House was spacious and clean. Nice large kitchen area, washer, dryer, etc. Very comfortable beds. Lots of sleeping space! Highly recommend 👍👍

Fun house

The house is nice. It's fun to have the pool, pool table and hot tub. When we arrived the pool wasn't clean which was a little disappointing. The property manger told me that she would have someone come and clean the pool that day. Unfortunately that didn't happen. The pool was cleaned the next day which we were happy about. We did experience issues with the hot tub. The breaker kept tripping. Worked fine the first night, next day was ice cold. The second day it kept tripping, at least 8-10 times, not sure what the problem was. It was really nice to be so close to the strip and there were plenty of places to eat at. The only other issue is there was a moldy funky smell in the hallwall to the bathroom. Seemed to be coming from the vent.

Simply AMAZING!

The property was exactly as advertised, no unpleasant surprises at all. The check-in process was easy and seamless and the owner was very easy to deal with. There was a small Crack in the coffee pot and she had a new one delivered IMMEDIATELY so we wouldn't be without our precious coffee! Overall, will absolutely book again and highly recommend this property if you are looking for something spacious, modern, clean, close to the strip and convention center. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THING ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE! (we stayed a total of 6 days for a convention)
