En las tres noches que estuve no limpiaron la habitación, durante dos dias no hubo agua caliente en todo el hotel. No funcionaba el control remoto de la TV, no funcionaba la cafetera, el baño tiraba agua, algunas luces no prendian. Muy mal en general.

La comida muy buena. La atencion en el sedayuno excelente. La chica que atiende en la cocina, nos atendio excelente, ella es una bella persona. Lo mejor que tiene el hotel. No me gusto para nada que aun me estan descontando cosas en la tarjetas de credito. Cada momento que entro a ver los movimientos, me han descontado o acreditado montos diferentes. Aun no me han devuelto el deposito. La habitación tenia olor a cigarrillo y el agua caliente tardo mucho en salir. El ascensor siempre estaba sucio.

No querian darme la habitacion por que expedia no les habia pagado aun cuando yo tenia numero de confirmacion y ya me lo habian desco tado de la tarjeta, creo que deben de dar el servicio, al fin que tienen do de encontrarme mientras lo aclaran. Fue muy molesto tener que llamar a expedia y esperar.

I would give this property 4 stars except for how beat up it is. It doesn't meet my expectations of a Holiday Inn Express. The walls, doors, corner moldings etc. are marred and dinged up. Our rooms sink faucet was corroded and leaked across the counter and onto the floor. The grounds were not well kept. On the plus side, the inside was very clean. The staff was very good. The breakfast was the best I've had at a Holiday Inn Express. The carpets were new and in great shape. Another plus is that because of the sketchy neighborhood, they have full time security patrolling the grounds.

DO NOT BOOK HERE, THERE'S MOLD EVERYWHERE THE WALLS, THE BATHROOM, AND THE CARPETS ARE VERY DIRTY STAINS EVERYWHERE AND TURN UR FEET BLACK FROM STEPPING ON IT BAREFOOT. THE POOL IS NEVER OPENED, THE AC VENTS HAVE MOLD, THEY ARE ORANGE COLOR COMING OUT. THERE'S CRACKS IN THE WALLS, IT'S DISGUSTING AND UNHEALTHY CONDITIONS DO NOT BOOK HERE

The lovely staff made up for the dated property. The Air Force Base is literally across the street and it was amazing to watch all of the fighter jets do their training. I would stay here again just for the personal airshow outside our window. The beds were comfy and was super convenient.

Holiday Inn needs to upgrade this facility. The military and families that come to visit here deserve better. It is so old, the don’t have ANY current phone or device jacks, still use bar soap and individual shampoo/conditioner and the carpets in the room were disgustingly stained. Staff was awesome!

Not a nice place to stay at.
This hotel is very outdated, the AC quit working in the middle of the night. This hotel needs to be remodeled.

This property needs a major make over, the bathroom floors are all cracked and broken. The shower faucet could not be shutdown. The carpets were dirty and debris all over. Elevators were dirty with debris. For $179 they charged this was a total rip off, disappointed that HolidayInn allows them to exist. Employees were nice and courteous perhaps the only good thing.

Street Outlaws 2023
We came from California for Street Outlaws. Jeremy was outstanding on helping us w/everything. Great room, restaurant suggestions, fresh cookies, very helpful general information. Jordan I think worked next day & helped w/trying to print a couple things. Uber information ect. Breakfast everyday was very good. Rooms were very clean & bed was very comfortable.

Stay was decent, did not feel too safe. Multiple persons outside sitting in vehicles, additionally, staff kept announcing room number out loud after asked not to. Would recommend any other hotel in the local are.
