Debería haber un disclaimer en esta propiedad indicando que para activar las llaves te buscarán vender un tiempo compartido. La ubicación es excelente junto a la esfera e instalaciones buenas, la habitación al abrir la regadera del piso superior tenias un taladro encima, a pesar de quejarse en recepción indicaron es normal

Viaje familiar como en casa
Viajamos en familia a Las Vegas y el Resort se encuentra en una excelente ubicación con una vista privilegiada de la nueva esfera que se encuentra a solo unos pasos, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias, ocupamos una habitación con 2 cuartos lo cual nos hizo sentir como en casa, cuenta con todos los utensilios de cocina, lavadora, secadora etc., difícilmente ocuparas algo más, el trato excelente de inicio a fin, sin duda volveríamos a tomar está opción para la familia. Lo único a mejorar es que nos tocó habitación en el tercer piso y no hay elevador.

El hotel esta muy centrico. Las camas son muy comodas y hay lavadora y secadora que a nosotros nos fue muy util. La cocina tambien es muy completa

Our stay was amazing and comfortable stay with all our amenities taken care of. If we ever needing assistance, Dean at the front desk would provide the best service and was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this resort to family can come back to stay a longer period in the future. The only issue we had was some of the plug outlets would not work or was lose to hold our phone chargers. Otherwise great breakfast spot, and convenient and close to the strip.

The staff was very attentive through check in. Helpful and friendly. Our sphere-view room was perfect. Room has everything you could need and view was awesome. Restaurant was good. Only wish was that the bar/restaurant and pools/hot tubs stayed open later. Great stay.

The hotel was great the only issue we had was the noise from the airport and also the constant helicopter tours that fly over the strip. That is not the hotels fault and would be an issue at all hotels in this part of town.

Lovely spacious room for a family of 4. Disappointed with the view asked to change but was not possible. Location was great short walk to the strip and other attractions. Pool was also nice.

Great location to walk to the sphere. Payed for a king room was given a queen so went to change the room and they gave us a new room but the keys didn’t work . Third time got the room.

They don't have a do not disturb sign to put on the door. They came in to clean while my daughter was sleeping and we were out. No privacy.

Sehr gute Lage, die angeschlossene Bar war ok bis gut, für uns etwas zu amerikanisch (klassisch Fast Food und das Frühstück etwas zu fettig). Unterkunft war super (ruhig), allerdings auch, da wir die Klimaanlage zum Glück nicht brauchten. Sonst wäre es uns vermutlich zu laut geworden.

Great place to stay. Close to strip. Pretty quite beside the nightly helicopter ride tours going on til midnight. Pools are not heated like they say they are or maybe not just what I expected heated pools to be. Great for families

Check in time was 4 PM and we were not able to get into our room until 6:30 PM. Well nearly every staff member we encountered was polite when I expressed disappointment to the person who let me know that our room was finally ready. There was not even an apology. There was also a very loud noise in the middle of the night that I assume was from plumbing or a shower in another unit.

Location is perfect. Close the High Roller and SPHERE. But no elevators, we had to stay on 3rd floor with baby and stroller, and it was a torture yo gonup and down for 4 days.
