Tucked into a quiet residential street in Henderson`s historic Water Street District, this comfortable home is the ideal spot for families, friends, and groups looking to experience the best of the Las Vegas Valley without the chaos of staying right on the Strip. You`re just a short drive from world-class casinos, dining, and entertainment, yet you get to come home to peace and quiet at the end of the day. And don`t forget to bring your furry friend — pets are welcome!
The Space
The home offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests:

Master Bedroom: A relaxing king bed, perfect for a great night`s sleep after a day of exploring.
Second Bedroom: Two full beds plus a twin sofa chair, ideal for kids, friends, or extra guests.

You`ll find an easy, welcoming layout with everything you need to settle in and feel at home.

Pets: Pets are welcome for a $100 fee for the first 2 pets. There will be an extra $50 charge for the 3rd pet, paid via Airbnb resolution. Guests are required to clean up after their pets, otherwise additional cleaning fees will be charged.
DETAILS TO NOTE
Our lovely home is in a convenient and secure neighborhood. Please be considerate of this house and its neighbors. As this is a peaceful community, we ask that guests refrain from playing loud music, throwing parties, or hosting large gatherings.
Quiet hours start at 10 pm. Per the city`s rules for Airbnb, all backyard lights must be off during quiet time.
Please note the maximum number of guests at our home is 6. We cannot allow any visitors, inside or out, that go over that number. We greatly appreciate your cooperation!

By booking, you agree to all house rules:

Check-in/Check-out: If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same-day check-in/check-out.
Pets: Unapproved pets (with the exception of licensed service animals) will result in a fine.
Smoking: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.
Parties and Events: Unapproved parties and events are strictly prohibited. Henderson quiet hours starting at 10 pm are observed. You can still go outside and have a normal conversation at this time, but loud conversations will exceed the noise limit imposed by the City of Henderson.
Towels and Linens: Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet covers themselves.
Occupancy: The City of Henderson restricts up to 6 adults and children to sleep in the home at once. Infants do not count toward the maximum of 6.
Security Cameras: We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the cameras will be taken very seriously. There are no cameras inside the home.
