We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! It's spacious and conveniently located near shopping, with a private back yard and relaxing pool area that we loved. Communication with Susan, the host, was great. She was very responsive to any questions we had and great to work with!

Excellent Location

This property checked off all our top priorities. Location, king bed, patio area with grill. Bonus was a pool & hot tub. Walking path close by. Fully stocked with all your needs. Susan was an exceptional host. We hope to return again at some point.

Simply Delightful

When we arrived we were delighted everything worked well. We met with the owner and anything we did not understand was explained perfectly. We loved the rental and felt at home immediately. The weather was warm, hot, excellent. We were escaping cold weather. With the numerous locations to be warm or cool, we never felt uncomfortable. Night swims or hot tub dips were delightful. The owner contacted us on a few occasions to ensure all was well. We can not say anything negative about our month long stay. All was well. We hated to leave.

The house was comfortable and relaxing. The backyard was well kept and beautiful. The pool guy was very helpful and nice to talk to. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

We stayed in this property the month of April. My favorite part was the outside pool area. Excellent loungers and sitting area with thick cushions. There were many beach towels. The owner turned the solar on for us as we wanted to enjoy the pool. My husband kept the leaves out of the pool with the net but someone came over regularly to check on the pool and do cleaning. The BBQ was great too. The house had everything needed for a great stay. When we contacted the owner, she responded promptly and was very helpful with questions we had about the area. Getting around the city was easy with all the parkways nearby. We did not have to take the busy freeways to get anywhere if we did not want to, although the freeways were close. Restaurants and groceries were not within walking distance but they were all within a short drive. We used Uber on several occasions and they had no problems getting to the area. The beds were very comfortable. The closets had enough hangers for both our wardrobes. Also robes were provided. I felt safe in the neighborhood and there were walking trails within a short distance. Property was close to Sunset Station for gamblers. There was a mall in that same area with a Macy’s and JC Penney. Also we golfed at two courses in the immediate area. I would definitely stay in this property again. Thanks Susan for an excellent stay!

Winter escape

For the second year in a row, we spent 2 winter months at this rental. The location is perfect for us. Many easy to reach places to eat, shop, get groceries, gas and any type of entertainment you want. We met the owner and she is so easy to communicate with. We'll be back next year.

Great place near everything, confortable house with huge pool

Home is perfect, confortable with a great backyard(heated pool and a large jacuzzi). The house is clean and perfectly furnished with taste, beds are confortable. Quiet and safe neighborhood. In less than 10 mn drive you find shopping, restaurants and more. Great and swift communication with Susan. A wonderful stay. I already booked my next stay here.

Our Home Away From Home

We have stayed at this property twice. We are very comfortable there. It has everything we need for a month's stay, including a kitchen well stalked with utensils and appliances. The beds are very comfortable. The location is quite convenient to shopping, restaurants, the airport, the freeways, walking trails, and parks, as well as The Strip, and the South Premium Outlet Mall. The owner is very responsive and hospitable. I felt safe in the neighborhood too.

Great home away from home

Check in process was easy, great location close to many restaurants and stores, home was equipped with lots of towels for swimming in pool or bathing and lots of space and seating areas we were a family of 7. Got to meet owner who was very pleasant and always responded to my messages. Beds were comfortable, would definitely stay here again.

We look forward to staying here when we’re in Las Vegas.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here when we are in Las Vegas and if we have our choice we will never have to stay anywhere else! The love and care that the owners have put in to this to make it feel like your home away from home is remarkable. It’s the little things like clocks on both sides of the nightstands in the bedroom. (When you have horrible eyesight this really is appreciated .) Hangers in the closets, even a scale to make sure you’re not indulging to much. The pool is wonderful and well taken care of. The house is spotless with plenty of towels both for the bathrooms we and beach towels for the pool. The owner is very nice and I did need need to call her, I left a message and she got back to us in less then 10 minutes. The house is in a nice neighborhood. We are sad that the bowling tournament we come out for every year will not be in Las Vegas for the next 2 years. We will definitely miss this wonderful home…. We will be back in 2024 if they will have us. Trust me book this house you won’t be sorry!!

Had to change dates a couple of times due to Covid. Susan was brilliant about everything. We needed a chilled time due to a couple of issues. It was exactly that from the time we arrived to leaving.. Another Great Stay

It was so difficult to leave - we love this place and would have stayed on forever, but I'm sure others are enjoying also. We hit it right for great weather and the pool water warmed up accordingly. This home is close enough to all the "Vegas" activities, yet far away to be away from crowds. Short distance to any type of shopping, restaurants, fast food, etc. I was even able to do some thrift store shopping during our extended time this visit. The neighborhood is quiet. Also, anything you need is available in the home from cooking dishes, appliances, floaties for the pool and plenty of terry linen. Also a nice garage for our vehicle. The owner Susan is the best to work with, always quick to answer any questions, and helpful with anything needed. We hope to return sooner than later.

Snowbird stay

Stayed 2 months to get away from cold winter weather. There were a couple of mechanical problems ( hot tub leaking and dryer that wouldn't heat) that were quickly handled by Susan. We enjoyed the location and all that the areas has to offer.

Top Notch rental home in Henderson.

This is a very roomy and comfortable home. Everything you need to feel at home is there. The location is very central to all amenities. The host was very hospitable. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a home away from home.

At home in Henderson.

We really enjoyed this home and our stay there. The house has everything you need--all the cooking appliances and utensils you would need, a really good barbecue, movies, books, games, lots of bedding and a very comfortable master bed. The hot tub was great and well maintained. The house is decorated nicely and feels like home but not like "someone's home". The neighborhood is lovely. The host was very receptive and attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this property for families or a group; there is lots of room!

One word sums it up, Amazing

This is the second time we have stayed in a house owned by Susan and again it was the perfect getaway after a long 16 months of restrictions brought on by COVID-19. The house was extremely clean, in a great location with a quiet neighbourhood. There was ample shopping, restaurants and anything you could ever need within a 10 minute drive. We used Uber to get around in the evenings and a trip to Fremont was around $25 depending on the time of the day and also how busy they were. Back to the house. Checking in was a breeze and the home felt very inviting with more than enough space for my wife and I. If there was anything we needed an answer from Susan on, she was very quick to respond and professional as always. The pool was an absolute delight and the hot tub was an added bonus. If you are travelling to Las Vegas and are torn on where to stay, skip the strip and book this property.

3rd times a charm

This was my third time staying here with in this year and it was just as enjoyable as the first and second everything I needed was there shopping is all super close and convenient everything was clean pool was used everyday and almost as warm as bath water which was great never got a chill going in or or night swimming was also there to enjoy since they weather for Vegas was in the 100s and high 90s at night all in all I will be back for a forth time very soon.

Great stay

The whole family enjoyed the house and pool immensely. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Susan responded immediately to resolve a couple of minor issues. We will definitely be using this property again if available.
