Great place for the family

We enjoyed our stay - our son and family just moved to Henderson. We needed a place to entertain our grand daughters. They loved the pool.

Great house

Very clean, large and comfy. Quiet neighborhood. Very close to Hoover Dam and all amenities of Las Vegas. Highly recommended!

Nice place to relax and vacation

The place is very nice, open and clean. The neighbor takes up all the parking with his boat, and truck in front of the house, so if you have a boat to bring to Lake Mead, just know you will have to park on the side street. The pool needs a little plaster work and lounge chairs would be nice. but nice and relaxing. We are staying again in a few months.

Perfect!

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and were lucky to stay at this home. Everything you need, quiet neighborhood, clean, updated and cozy! A quick drive to Vegas or Hoover Dam.

Lake Mead Adventure

We stayed here for our Lake Mead trip and the property was great. It was super clean, spacious, in a good area and close to the lake. It was awesome to be able to come back after a day on the lake and just relax in the comforts of a home instead of a hotel. Being able to cook for our family instead of eating every meal out was also a huge plus. We will would definitely book this one again.

Great house. Extremely clean. 5 Stars!

This is a clear 5 star house. We have stayed in numerous temporary housing locations and this was one of the cleanest. I would recommend this house for pretty much anyone. Pros: Really big back yard. Nice sized master bedroom with an enormous closet. Nice beds. Nice furniture. Really well stocked kitchen. Park within walking distance. Perfect place if you want to take an off roading vehicle out to play. Won't even need to trailer. Really quiet neighborhood. 4 bedrooms in a one story house was really awesome. Cons: There is no hot tub, despite one being listed. We were not told before we checked in and we were very disappointed. The neighbor had a massive boat parked with his truck right in front of the house, nothing the owners could do but it was a pain to park and unload with this right in front of the house. The same neighbors also chain smoked pretty much day and night and we could smell it in the house when we opened up the door to enjoy the patio. Again, nothing the owners can do but something to consider if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke.

Siblings visiting their 96 year-old uncle for maybe the last time.

It was easy to find and although we didn't know the address to the house we used the miles away from some "places to visit" that were listed to discover we were only 5 minutes from an aging uncle. Place was clean and well stocked with towels and toilet tissue. Weather wasn't warm enough to use the pool.

River Mountain

This was the best rental that we have had in Las Vegas! We go frequently as we have family there. Our plane did not arrive till late so I was very happy with the ease of check in. I was ecstatic with the cleanliness of the property. Many times I feel I have to clean prior to bringing in my things. River Mountain was spotless. We had a few questions during our stay. Even though we were there during the Thanksgiving holiday, the owners were quick to answer. We would definitely love to stay here again. Sincerely, The Thompsons

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Nice large house and kept very clean. Location is close to Lake Mead, which we liked. The only thing that was more a nuisance was the air would go up at night when the temperatures were still well over 90 degrees outside. The owner was very responsive in changing the settings on the thermostat. When the A/C was on, the master bedroom and living room cooled down nicely but the back 3 bedrooms were still quite warm as their was not much air flow to those rooms. Overall, we would stay at this residence again but not during the hottest days of summer due to the A/C.

Great house for a family

The house had plenty of space for 6 people. Liked open floor plan. Easy in and out. The only bummer was that the Hot Tub would not heat water. Wished that was checked before we showed up since that was one of the main reasons we chose this property over others. They did come a few times to try and fix it but wasn't able to in the 4 nights that we were there. Otherwise, very nice house.
