Nice place, very clear that house is not lived in
The property was as advertised, clean, and spacious. The biggest downside was that the property was very clearly not lived-in at any point. Only about 8 drinking cups inside, no coffee pot (we actually bought one and left it), sporadic and limited kitchen utensils and cookware/dishware. The pool was NOT heated and was already unusable in early November, and we were told not to touch the pool settings. Besides that, a very chill place to hang out, play pool, and have space outside of the strip.

Wonderful experience!
We were the first people to stay at the property since it was renovated. It was super nice, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. There was 8 adults and we had plenty of room to spread out, sleep and play. The pool table is nice, the swimming pool was clean and there is plenty of chairs outside for everyone to sit and relax. Communicating with the owner was easy and fast response time, check in and out was easy and fast. Overall a great stay and we will definitely stay there again next time we are in vegas

Nice pool. House needs work
The neighborhood is less than ideal. Many houses in need of repair. The interior of the house could use some TLC and the front door is rotting away at the bottom. You can see daylight through it. The pool was nice and the kitchen and bedrooms were clean.

The house it’s beautiful don’t get me wrong but the house is not clean well. The communication with the manager sucks. They don’t answer you until a day or 2 later. We got to the property past 11:00pm Tuesday well, the keys were no where to been found. I messaged and called management no one answered. I had to call VRBO help line and down the middle of the call the owner messaged me because she saw my message and was able to open the garage door so we could come in which was nice but I had been on the phone for a while so that was very very annoying. Btw, the keys were inside on the table. At first glance the house looks clean, but me been a neat freak started wiping down everything and cleaning because it was just not clean. Don’t even think about washing clothes because as soon as you open the hoses the cold one starts to leak which I messaged them about and told me they couldn’t do anything until the week which they didn’t even bother to get back to me or send someone out. It leaks so much that the water runs all the way to the living room and the floor gets so slippery that I was about to fall at least 3 times and my daughter fell once. The pool was so filthy Wednesday morning but the pool guy comes Wednesday so he made the water turn clear with a matter of 2 hours. With lots and lots and lots of chemicals so that was concerning that’s why we didn’t use the pool as much. The trash outside was so accumulated that my dad took out the trash bins Saturday for collection even the one accumulated from I don’t know how long. The cookware is very old and super filthy with food residue. The toilet papers in the bathrooms were the leftovers from previous tenants which to me that’s disgusting they just tried making them look nice. The pool table was honestly the nicest thing around the house. We left the house cleaner than how we found it seriously because that’s just who we are. The front door needs to be replaced. The half bathroom, the toilet needs the handle to be pushed back up when flushing because it doesn’t go back on it’s own. It’s just a lot of details that need to be fix. The garage light needs to be changed because you feel like you in scary movie with the lights flickering like that. However, having a garage was nice. The neighborhood is safe. Our flight was delayed asked to check out by 1 they said no, so not willing to accommodate you for even a couple hours more that sucked with kids. I would just suggest to look at more options tbh!

Family trip
The house was clean & the location was nice. Check was supposed to be 5pm. Communication with the owner is horrible he didn't answer my phone calls or texts which left us outside of the house with no way to get in for over 3 hours. Vrbo was going to put in hotel for the night. Owner said he was going to comp the stay and it never happened. The smoke doctors chirped the whole 4 days we was there. The main bathtub had huge cracks in it. The hot tub was very dirty with debris even after the pool guy supposedly came. The pool vacuum was in the pool the whole time. Made it difficult to swim with the long vacuum hose in the pool. It would have been better if the attention to detail was thought out.

Friends trip
We enjoyed our stay. House is right next to the airport almost on highway so could here the noise at times. Short drive everywhere. The pool is really nice! Beds were nice and room for everyone. I think if they updated the property and had things turned on(a/c, heated pool, Etc) for when guests arrive that’d make a huge improvement. Overall enjoyed staying here.

Paradise
This is a beautiful property. Clean, quiet, and we felt very safe staying there. I am a single mother and I brought my two teens and our small dog to stay. The saltwater pool and hot tub are the highlights, but this place is wonderful in it's entirity. It was so nice to get away at such a tranquil location. It was a great experience and we can't stop talking about renting the house again. Wonderful place for families or larger groups to have a break from the chaos of the strip. The host was very helpful too.

Great Location in Proximity to the Strip, But...
I booked this property over a year ago, and to his credit, the owner worked with me to push my reservation back over a year on COVID's account. At the time the residence was highly reviewed, and I felt confident our stay would be great. The owner was easy to reach, and relatively responsive. Check in was easy... all remote. The neighborhood seemed a little rough, but ended up being relatively quiet throughout our stay, and we had no issues. The location is great and close to everything you could be looking for. My worst gripe with the place (which was right off the bat) was with the pool, mainly because I had to use the net to remove cigarette butts, bird feathers, remnants of a plastic bag, and a good bit of other stuff from, before my kids could go into it. No issues with the pool after that. Otherwise, the residence could use some TLC, but was relatively clean. The review by Lisa B. (which was left just before we arrived) was very accurate and deserves a thorough read through.

The paradise house is amazing! The location is perfect. So close to the airport and the strip. The house was very clean and the beds are AMAZING! The backyard has a great layout and the pool and hot tub were very clean. I would definitely book again.

**Do not waste your money**
The best part of this house is the pool, and that is it. The neighborhood, while quiet, is sketchy. Even our Uber driver commented, “This is a rough neighborhood” The pictures are very deceiving. This house is not as nice or clean as it is portrayed. It is very dated, with wall and floor damage in many spots, including the stairs and step down into the pool table room. The edge plank is loose causing one of our guests to fall, and no, she was not drunk at the time. The rail for the steps leading down to the pool is very loose and unstable, with one of the metal balusters broken and protruding which one could very easily cut their hand on when griping the rail. The kitchen desperately needs supplies. Very little cookware, including NO BAKING PAN, a kitchen essential. Not enough glasses, coffee mugs, silverware for the 8 people the house states it accommodates. Also no extra blankets for the sofa bed. Then it gets really bad....the air conditioning does not cool the upstairs sufficiently to be comfortable. The owner is obviously aware of this, as portable air conditioners are provided for two of the rooms. However, the first day we were there, while attempting to cool down the master bedroom, the circuit breaker tripped and lost all power to the master bedroom, master bath, and upstairs full bath. Leaving one half bath with 7 women in the house. Attempts to contact the owner would be left unanswered for an hour, or more in some cases. We just kept being told “reset the breaker”, which we tried to do several times with no luck. And in any case, we are GUESTS, we should not be in the electrical panels of the home resetting circuit breakers. First contact was made at 11:45 am Wednesday morning regarding this issue, it was not finally resolved until late Thursday afternoon, resulting in us having to drag mattresses from upstairs to downstairs and purchase an additional air mattress just to be able to sleep comfortably. Also, multiple times we had to reset the GFI outlet in the third upstairs bedroom when using things like hairdryer or iron. If you read the reviews, this has been a long standing issue. Clearly there are serious electrical issues with this home that the owner needs to address ASAP before it becomes a safety issue.

We had a wonderful time!! The house was clean the beds were so comfortable! The only complaint I might would have would be the ac settings kept dropping to 75 and it didn't keep the upstairs bedrooms cool there is a portable ac but it blew out more hot air then cold!! But nice convenient location everything u need available! Plenty of room for us 5 girls and the pool was amazing!! Would definitely book again!!!

Great place for a Vegas trip that needs a little TLC
Over all the stay was a great experience for myself and my other college friends. Felt communication could have been better with check in and check out expectations but once established owner was available and timely during the stay. The house is very close to the airport and strip so an Uber everyday was very reasonable. The house did a great job keeping us cool in the 100+ degree weekend. Each room and ceiling and portable fans and there were two portable AC units available. However one AC kept tripping the breaker in the two guest bed rooms so we only used the one in the master bed room. The guest shower needs some tiles replaced and some walls and flooring needed some repairs. One step was cracked and lead to a cut on my foot The pool was great and clean and the beds and linen were extremely comfortable! Overall the stay was great and with a little tender love and care to touch up a few things this place will be a great location for any group of friends looking to be close to the action but not on the strip.

Pictures are misleading
Many things were in different states of disarray. Peeling and broken tiles, stains on floors and walls. No hot water in spare bath. Ants in kitchen and dining area. 5pm check in is pretty late, especially when you get in early have no place to store luggage. We had to wait until 5:30 for them to remotely unlock doors while we waited outside the door. Communication was not timely.I would not recommend this property. Beds were pretty comfortable and clean, that’s the best part of this place.

My BFF 50th birthday stay
My stay was nice. House was perfect size for 6-8 people. Had some things that should be upgraded in regards to pictures. The outside furniture should be cleaned also. Very close to strip. Very close to airport. Bathrooms need update, you know bathrooms are a very important part of your stay and very personal to your stay. Beds were extremely comfortable and clean. Pool toys , again need to be cleaned and better maintained. Never found an alarm key pad, although it stated there was one. We entered in and out through garage which was cool. Garage was automatic. Also, I understand why the cameras are in the house in at the pool, but I also feel it invades your privacy as a guest. It was a nice stay.

Great location!
Overall our stay was great. The location was awesome and the pool was a life saver on the record breaking 113 degree weekend we were there. The upstairs struggled to keep up however, never getting below 80 degrees in the master bedroom. The dishwasher needs to be put in better and the door falls down on you when you go to open it, so be careful of that. Also, the pool pictures nice layout chares with cushions, however there were no cushions and the chairs were pretty dirty. For the price, location and comfort of a house, however, you can't beat it. Despite these issues, we really enjoyed our stay.

Relax in Vegas? Yes, it's possible
I needed to get away for some sun and relaxation - and this place was just what I needed. Pool is beautiful, and I spent a lot of time relaxing outside in the sun. Spa is also great for some evening relaxation. Place is very clean; beds are super comfy. Lots of open space.

We were attending a basketball tournament at UNLV, and this location worked great! Short walk to the arena and also pretty close to the strip. There is a park a few blocks south of the house, and that was great for the kids with us. Neighborhood was quiet.

The house was pretty clean and closer to the strip and airport. The house owner let us drop off our luggage earlier then our check in time. That was nice of him! I would suggest stocking few extra blankets to use when sitting late outside at night. We really enjoyed our stay and everything was perfect!

Had Issues
I don't want to discourage anyone from renting this property. The location is very close to the strip allowing us to use Lyft for a nominal fee. The yard with the nice and large pool, as well as the sitting area, would be great for anyone staying. The young man who owns the property was nice but we had problems from day one which either were never resolved or took several days. I hope he uses my review to learn and improve. First, the previous renters left the outside pool area a mess. We cleaned up broken glass, pop tops etc. So the dogs as well as us wouldn't cut ourselves. The garbage cans were over flowing. No one had taken them out. Garbage was spilling out over the sidewalk. The owner said someone would be over to empty them. Never happened. We pulled out this ton of other peoples trash on garbage day. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy but appears to be undergoing a revitalization. There was an alarm system but no remote for it. The owner told us it had been lost thus there was no use of the alarm. The remote for the pool was also missing so the hot tub part ran as programmed and not when we would have liked it. The pool man showed us how we could manually work the pool. We didnt even know it was heated. Then, the main TV in the family room wasn't working. The owner told us he would be over in the afternoon. However, he never showed up. We had waited around the entire day, losing a day of sightseeing, etc. After a 2nd phone call, he came over but apparently the previous guests had messed it up. He promised to have someone out the next day. That didn't happen. We were without the main, TV for 4 out of our 10 day stay. Although there was a tv in the front room, with only a couch and no other furniture, not even a table, usng this space was not an option for us. Then, we had to wait again for the service man to come. Thats another half day we lost. Also, the 5pm check in made us feel as though we paid for a day we didn't get. I would have felt a little better had the owner seemed more apologetic, caring about our once in a lifetime trip across country, perhaps offering some type of compensation for having to clean up the yard, shovel up garbage, no alarm, no pool remote, no TV for 4 1/2 days, and having to wait around for people to show up since we didn't want to leave and have someone come in while the dogs were left. The place could use nightstands, and chairs & tables to make the living room usable. I was very disappointed.

Cute house close to airport and the strip
The house was pretty accurate to what was shown. There were a few spots that could use an extra coat of paint and a vinyl panel was missing from the front of one of the stairs going up to the bedrooms. The owner used a maid service, so all the beds and towels were professionally laid out like you'd find at a hotel, which was nice. The only issue we had was that the pool remote and the alarm clicker that was supposed to be attached to the keys were both missing. I texted the owner about both and he just responded with instructions on how to turn on the spa manually, but did not mention the alarm, so we were not able to set the alarm while we were there. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. We also liked that we were able to park in the garage.

Excellent Stay!
I stayed with my family for a few days and we loved the home! We had everything we needed and more! The only complaint we had is the air conditioner upstairs was not working well. My parents had to sleep on the sofa even though there were 2 additional bedrooms upstairs because they said it was too hot. The home was clean. Check in was easy. Everything was almost perfect!

Family Vegas Vacation
The house was well cleaned and presented well. The manager was extremely responsive and did a great job taking care of our requests and needs. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, but make sure you communicate if you want it to be heated because it is still a cold swim in April.

Nice House close to airport and strip
House was in good condition located in a quiet neighborhood. It has been remolded nicely and the property manager was pleasant. Plenty of room for everyone in your party. The house does have stairs up to the bedrooms or down to the living room. Clean backyard with pool and buolt in jacuzzi. We had two minor issues and spoke to the owner who was very open to discuss and happily handled our issues to our satisfaction. Thanks for the stay.

wonderful place to stay!
I had booked this house for my mother and adult siblings and my husband and myself for Christmas, and my mother had been really worried because of a couple of bad reviews re cleanliness. On the contrary, we found the house immaculate, spacious, and with the most incredibly comfortable beds, and lots of comfortable seating. There are new TVs in 4 of the rooms. We really enjoyed our stay immensely, and my Mom took a big sigh of relief once we walked in the door!

Great Value
The property is exactly how it looks in the pictures. Comfy beds, 2.5 baths, plenty of couches/recliners for people to crash on if needed. Close to groceries, dispensary, alcohol stores and it is within walking distance to the airport, but not of the strip. Uber to the strip was $10 or less.The AC works and keeps the downstairs very cool all day, but the upstairs can get warm on a hot day, however the upstairs cools well once the sun goes down. Every room has a TV with direct TV. One of the living rooms even has a wii, board games, and a DVD player with some DVDs. The pool was fine for us, and there is also a grill available for use if you want to cook out. The jaquizzi jets wouldn't turn on but that wasn't something we planned on using anyway. Also, in regards to previous comments about bugs/roaches, we did not have any issues. In the south west there are just more insects around because they don't die off in the winter. We saw a few beatles, crickets, small scorpions, and a couple of roaches outside, but nothing that will ruin your trip. My two biggest issues were: 1. There was only 1 key, but 2 garage door openers, which made it a little complicated to manage multiple groups of people coming and going at different times. 2. We stayed on a weekend, and the house's garbage pickup comes Saturday morning. So we ended up taking out a ton of trash left by others from previous stays, maybe even multiple weeks of trash possibly. Overall the location, quality of the house and price make this property a good deal and we had a blast. Would definitely come back again.

Dirty, Broken AC, Broken Jacuzzi, Roaches, Broken Garbage Disposal, Unsafe Location
This was the worst home away experience we have ever had. We have booked many in the past and never had one this bad. AC is broken in 100 degree heat, Roaches everywhere outside by night, Broken Garbage Disposal (had to plunge the drain when it got clogged), Dirty Floors, Dirty Bed and linens, Broken Jacuzzi and won’t even get warm, dirty pool, unsafe location, Cigarette butts all over patio, No toilet paper, and owner responds saying he will fix jacuzzi and never did over a 5 day stay, also he claims that he cannot control pests outdoors. It’s called an exterminator! By evening hours there were over 30 huge roaches in plain sight by the pool making the pool uninhabitable by night. When we would wake up there would be dead baby roaches inside the pool. Overall we had a terrible experience and have never had one this poor. Clearly the landlord doesn’t care about his tenants. He is just out to take your money. He wouldn’t even offer a partial refund for the poor experience. Overall we really didn’t enjoy this stay. I would not suggest you or your family stay here. We debated between a house or hotel and I honestly wish we stayed in a hotel instead for the money we spent. We just wanted to swim by night which most strip hotels don’t allow. But that wasn’t even possible because of the roaches! Really unsafe location as well so we definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Don’t waste your time or money. We woke up sweating every day of our stay due to broken ac.

Where do i begin. . . Broken AC in 110 Weather. Manager did not get it fixed for 3 days. Dirty Sheets (Hair & Dirt) & No Mattress cover. Dirty Sheet on top of mattress w/ no cover = we got bed bug bites. Mold & Algae in the pool. Couldn't Swim. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 people for a week. Advertises for 10 people: It only sleeps 8. 1 king bed = 2, 1 queen bed =2, 2 twin bed's = 2, and 1 couch bed=2. That's 8. The other couch does not fold out to a bed. Only sleeps 8. Trash outside by the pool from the last people. Walking around barefoot for the first day and all of our feet were black! So Dirty! Bottom line: The manager owns multiple houses that he rents so it seems that he does not care at all. He was so rude, and did not apologize once for the AC, or anything else for that matter. This was by far the worst VRBO experience we have had. Please do not stay here.

Great location
Close to the airport and the strip. No need to have a rental car just use UBER. House had plenty of towels, cleaning materials and cooking utensils. Very comfortable beds and furniture. 3 TV's with a lot of channels.

Clean quiet neighborhood with garage patking
Easy access to airport and strip.pool had a couple hiccups but were satisfied shortly after reporting to owner. Had a wonderful time.

Great place
This was a terrific place to stay. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The WiFi was quick. There was family and a living room. The kitchen was well equipped. The owners representative was quick to response to questions. Very close to downtown Vegas. The pool was clean but it is extra to have heat. All in all an awesome place

Nice place not fancy but nice
Little dated, pretty clean, nice pool & hut rub once cleaned and heated up. All in all worked well for us and would consider it again.
