Las instalaciones son un tanto antiguas, sin embargo cumplió con mis expectativas que era tener una cocina. Excelente ubicación para usar transporte público, el personal es muy amable. Y lo más importante no cobra resort fee.

The staff is rude ( except for the lady in the Night Shift but she was just overwhelmed) short staffed, the rooms smell awful, there was no hot water in our room, the gym is a joke.

Solo iba con mi familia por una noche,lo escoji por económico y según las fotos se miraba bien pero cuando llegue y me designaron la habitación me lleve una decepción el curarlo apestaba exactamente a mariguana y no podía quedarme ahí porque tenía una niña de 2 años conmigo y no era un buen lugar para pasar la noche, sinceramente no lo recomiendo

Fue un mal día llegamos y nos hicieron batallar mucho diciendo que no teníamos reservaciones aún que ya estaban cobradas tardaron 1 hora en encontrarme y a mi amiga no le quisieron respetar la reservación la habitación la pedimos de no fumadores y el olor era horrible a cigarro pedimos toallas para la alberca y fueron muy groseros diciendo q no tenían ninguna no fue el hecho de no darnos las toallas si no de la manera en que el personal contestaba como si estuviera molesto en la noche pedimos sábanas para el sofá cama que se supone debería de tener e el closet o en el mismo sofá cama pero no tenía y también nos dijeron que no tenían no entiendo como se podría usar un sofá cama sin sábanas pero en fin de hecho la estancia fue horrible

en general las instalaciones me parecen muy bien en relacion costo-beneficio, es cerca de la calle principal de las vegas, el unico problema fue que en las fechas de nuestra estancia estaban construyendo en la calle del hotel y por consecuente teniamos que buscar una entrada alterna para llegar al hotel el cual nos desviaba demasiado y por la construccion que estaba enfrente del hotel, no habia agua en toda nuestra estancia, pero eso no era problema del hotel y yo lo entiendo, la verdad siendo sincero si me vuelvo a hospedar alli, porque si no fuera por esos inconveniente externos la estancia fuera perfecta.

Pesima experiencia, habitaciones sucias, descuidadas, no te hacen la limpieza, ni te cambian toallas si no cada 7 dias. Mal servicio en la recepcion, no hay telefono en el cuarto ni para llamar al front desk , sucios los pasillos y estacionamiento. Te ponen que viene desayuno incluido y no es mas que cafe y 1 muffin en la entrada que es muy pequeña.

The bathrom door had a hole through it. Shower wallpaper was coming off. The towels had stains all over them. Tv in the room didnt work. The fridge had a horrible smell. The housekeeper was rude. She was practically kicking us out 2hrs before check out. She literally stood outside the door. Talked to her colleague in Spanish about us still being there thinking i probably didn't understand what she was saying.

The door to the room was unsafe, we had constant problems with the keys. The hallways were dirty and trash bins in the hallways were not covered and unsanitary. The furniture in the rooms was outdated, broken and not in good condition. The kitchen and bathroom sinks and bathtub drain very slowly. The air condition vent was filthy. There were roaches in the room. Noise from other guests throughout the night. The key does not work to enter then door to the laundry room. The grab and go breakfast is very limited, is depleted quickly and does not provide good choices.

This property is falsely advertised on Expedia. The pictures are very deceiving as to what property and rooms look like. I booked a non smoking hotel and the room had a disgusting cigarette odor. The floors were dirty. The fridge was not clean. The restroom light did not work and the toilet had poop in it. We immediately walked out and asked the front desk clerk to refund the money because we were not staying in that disgusting room but she refused to refund any money. I will never book another room in an Extended Stay America. I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars!
