Viva Las Vegas Girls Trip

We loved the home!!! It was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location to all the destinations we had planned to cover on our trip!!! Would definitely choose this home again! I spoke with the host on more than one occasion and she was timely in answering my questions!!!

Fleas! Terrible Property Management Team! Do not stay here!

The property has fleas! Do not stay here as the owners won’t acknowledge they exist and won’t fix the issue. Upon notification of the fleas found, the management team offered to send a cleaner…. a cleaner would not solve the flea infestation. A cleaner never showed but they did send an “inspector” for which they will not provide the credentials. The “inspector” said they were ants. I’m pretty sure anyone could identify a flea vs an ant!! Absolutely ridiculous. Nonetheless, the management team did not acknowledge our very valid concerns and was unwilling to accept our equitable offer to pay for the night we stayed then refund the following nights. Janie and Travis Schurr clearly only care about their bottom line and don’t care about guest experience. I wish I could attach photos of the fleas and flea bites my mom has endured. Stay here at your own risk!

Perfect home

So nice to be close to the strip, yet have all of the comforts of home. Convenient, quiet location in a lovely neighborhood. Our dog enjoyed the fenced yard. Hope to return in warm weather & enjoy the pool/hot tub.

Family Gathering

Property was as described, very spacious, excellent patio and pool area to gather by. Spacious bedrooms, great kitchen area. The master bedroom king size mattress was a little overworn could use a replacement. Overall, an excellent place to rent. Will probably rent again on my next trip over.

pool wasn't working

The pool was not working and got no response concerning the pool, and there was only one tv in the entire house, in the living room. However, everything else was perfect and to everyone satisfaction.

Great clean place

Home was spotless, the only thing I would change is the light in the living room is approximately 5’11” from the ground, I’m 6’ 2”, I hit my head on the light numerous times walking past.
