Not wanting to stay in Las Vegas we opted to stay at this oasis. Thirty minutes to the strip made it close enough to enjoy it, but escape all the noise and crowds. The property is beautiful and clean, with views just like pictured. The host we dealt with was Mariana and she always responded to any questions, which were few as she had clearly communicated everything that needed to be done prior to our arrival and departure. The condo had all the basics and worked well for us. It is within walking distance to the golf course and the village. The only downside that I could see was there wasn’t much for children to do in the area. The complex has a pool but no playground. We’re not of family age so that didn’t matter. Fur babies had to stay home, understandable since not all like pets or may have allergies, besides that rule actually helped us to rest and relax away from our high energy/maintenance pup. We will be back and hopefully be able to stay in one of Mariana’s properties again. This was a good choice and you won’t be disappointed.

Loved our stay!

Not really into Vegas but have to go anyway? Then this luxury moon is for you!
This unit in Luna di Lusso ("luxury moon") outside of Vegas has hiking+biking trails and water and birds all around. The Owl Canyon hike is just a 10+ minute drive away. It's quiet. It's kinda fun to walk over the "Ponte Vecchio" bridge into the village. The unit is very well appointed. Mariana never took more than a few minutes to respond to messages. If we have to return to Vegas it will very likely be here. I took off a star only because the small kitchen and fridge made remote work slightly less "baller" than it could have been, but people who mostly eat out can add that star back. We had a great time, it was very comfortable, and a very good value.

Nice and clean
We enjoyed our visit to this spotless unit. We loved sitting on the balcony looking out over the lake. The only negative is that the bed was very squeaky - we would wake each other up when we would rollover.

The property is clean and well maintained. It is conveniently located to restaurants with great views of the lake. Cris responded promptly to any minor concerns that came up. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

A Wonderful Property!
We would stay here again. Such a beautiful location. Enjoyed watching sunrise over the lake. The property owner kept the apartment immaculately clean and it was well-stacked. We had one minor issue. Cris answered our concern immediately and we worked it out ourselves. We liked the roominess of the one-bedroom. Loved the key code entry and also the dimmer switch lighting. The area has a lot to offer, though it was off-season. Glad there was a little store and some excellent restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

A property with a nice view
The property is very clean. Nice size king bed. The sofa bed is very comfortable, it has a thick mattress. Lots of closet space. The bathroom is very spacious and has a big tub. Water pressure is excellent. Lots of towels and toilet paper. The kitchen is on a small size which is fine with us since we don't cook. Plenty of nice clean plates and bowls. The property has a balcony with a view of the lake which is a plus. However groceries or restaurants are about 15-20 minutes away from the property. The internet is also very slow. We can't seem to be able to operate the tv. Overall it is a nice property. Communication with the owner is very quick.

Thank you for your review! Not sure why the Internet was slow for you. We run all of our devices and the TV through it and they run just fine. We could have helped you with this (and the TV) had we been asked. Also, the village (which has a grocery store and several restaurants) is a 3 minute walk across the bridge. We could have helped with this as well. Thank you again for your visit and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

Second Time Around
This was our second stay and we will return. Great place to stay if you want quiet! Ten minute drive to Lake Mead. Views into Las Vegas are awesome. Very clean!

Fabulous quiet location
The property was clean, comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. We don't like the crowds of Vegas and so this quieter location with our young kids was fantastic. Highly recommend.

it was a nice unit. I was surprised there was a kitchenette and not a full kitchen but I made it work. I had trouble with the tv in living room and could never get it to work that was disappointing. other than that it was a great stay

Quiet, comfortable!
Great location, beautiful view! The property owner answered any questions we had promptly. The kitchen was well equipped for breakfast and lunch. We enjoyed the restaurants in the complex for dinners. Beautiful well maintained pool. Close enough to the strip. We enjoyed walks around the complex, having our coffee and watching the sunrise .

I’d go back!
Great service, prompt responses to questions, nice suite as advertised. Hottub was out for the week we were there but was fixed before we left. Great location with village amenities so close. Loved the east facing balcony for morning coffee and shaded afternoon cocktails! Thank you crud, we’ll share our great experience with friends and family!

Excellent 4th Of July Weekend
We had a wonderful time at Lake Las Vegas . The condo is beautiful with a wonderful view. It is close to the village. It has a great pool area. It was quiet while we were there. Everything was exactly as stated in the listing. We manage multiple food allergies in our family so having a place we can prepare our food is a must. This is a great ground level unit with easy access to parking and pool. I highly recommend!

Thank you for the review! We really appreciate it. One clarification for the benefit of our future guests: while the entrance to the condo is technically on the ground floor (from the front of the building), the balcony and bedroom windows overlook the lake (back of the building) and they are actually on what would be the second floor, because the land is angled on the lake side. A bit hard to describe, the point being that the balcony and windows have complete privacy and unobstructed views.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME AT THIS CONDO, IT HAD A GREAT VIEW OF THE LAKE. ALL THE BASIC KITCHEN UTENSILS, VERY CLOSE TO THE WESTIN WHERE MY DAUGHTER WAS COMPETING. IF WE COME BACK TO HENDERSON AGAIN, I WILL MOST DEFINITELY CONTACT CRIS AND STAY HERE AGAIN. THANK YOU

Best option to stay out of town
If you're looking to "visit" Las Vegas, you can't go wrong with Lake Las Vegas. Twenty minutes from both the strip and Lake Mead. Many amenities in Montelago Village, but personally we preferred the very short drive into Henderson. Luna di Lusso is well apportioned and centrally located. The owner was very attentive and responsive.

A beautiful location, 1/2 hour from the strip. The couch and bed were absolutely terrible. No communication at all on how to get the key and what to do when we checked out. Pool and hot tub were not filled, but under construction. False advertisement on the part of hotels.com.

Beautifully Situated, Comfortable Apartment
This nice, one bedroom suite is situated near the secured front door of a very nice apartment building right on Lake Las Vegas next to the Ponte Vecchio and an easy walk to the quaint village with its market, shops, and outstanding restaurants. The furnishings are very comfortable, and the sleeper sofa in the living room was also a very comfortable place to sleep. The cooking facilities are not large, but they work well. The owner was very responsive to any questions we asked or situations we encountered. If you want a nice but very convenient and reasonably priced place to stay in Lake Las Vegas, this is it.

Perfect location
Great place to stay for a weekend. Has a bunch of restaurants within walking distance. Live band at night. We were practically the only ones on the lake. Great view. Loved it. And super comfy bed.

Great location in a gorgeous setting!
Cris' condo has all the amenities for a fabulous vacation in the desert. The condo is quiet and comfortable, and conveniently located on the first floor. There was surprisingly plenty of parking available any time of day. The area is fabulous with a convenient store and many fun restaurants to try and the pool is fantastic. We brought our own paddle boards and the lake is a perfect setting to enjoy them. We also had our own boat and this condo is an easy, short drive to Lake Mead. We had to park our boat over by the casino but it was a nice spacious lot over there. We were never able to get a great signal on the wifi for the Roku tv but the dish network had plenty of channels and we weren't there to watch tv anyway! We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again for sure!

Great please to stay!
The condo was nice and clean perfect for a couple or two! Lake Las Vegas is an amazing area and so relaxing! If you need to cook it has some kitchen stuff because it was limited, it needed a skillet or fry pan. But other than that it was perfect for a weekend get away! We sure enjoyed this place and I can’t wait to bring my husband back to visit!!

Relaxing and enjoyable
We came to town for a concert on lake Las Vegas and to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. We had a very nice time, the property was great with gorgeous views. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and the property manager was great at communicating. Would definitely recommend staying here again

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!
My husband and I have been to Las Vegas several times, and we have never really visited around the Henderson/Lake Las Vegas area until this trip. Boy were we missing out. Lake Las Vegas is such a beautiful area and Chris' condo is the perfect place to stay. Lake views and walking distance to many water activities and restaurants located withing the Lake Las Vegas community. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Gorgeous Condo!!!!
I really enjoyed my stay here. We were here for only two nights, wish I could’ve stayed longer. My fiancé and I enjoyed lunch in the village on the lake and live music on the doc at night. Aside from construction issues obstructing view of the lake everything was great!

Quiet, absolutely beautiful area to relax and to enjoy your vacation.
I wish we could stay longer to enjoy our stay at Lake Las Vegas, but we only had two days of our short vacation. Everything was perfect. The only thing was that East tower's view of the area was blocked with the constructor's equipment and because of delayed opening we lost half of our planned time for the pool. Thank you, we will come back next time and tell our friends about the LLV - a paradise in the middle of desert!

Convenient and Quiet
This unit is on the ground floor and tucked back in with views of the lake. Well furnished and appointed comfortably. Was their for a sports weekend on the lake and really liked being able to walk across to bridge to get to race sight. Owner was accessible and polite and helpful. Will definitely be back and recommend this unit.

The property is best suited for the short term traveler. Yet I found it suitable to my needs.
I have been coming to this area for the last eight winter seasons. The overall climate is very good for the out of doors person. Lots of secure walking areas that are clean and safe. Looking forward to returning in 2018.
