Family get together

Host was super with communication and answering any questions. House was nice with rooms on both ends so one side of house quiet and kids had the other to themselves. Outside area was nice and our dog had a lot of space with everything fenced in. Not more than 10 minute uber to about anywhere! We will be back!

The Perfect Bachelor Pad

We recently stayed at Jack's house and our group was very satisfied with the house overall. In general, the house is very large and we had plenty of space with 9 people, but it would have been fine with the maximum (12). We were a group of 9 guys on a bachelor party trip, so the pool and hot tub worked well for us. We did not need to heat the pool, as the weather was 105F+ the entire weekend. Giving the property 4/5 overall based on some minor issues, nothing that couldn't be easily fixed though. Pros: +GREAT location, close to airport and strip +Huge house with plenty of space to hangout and sleep +Host was very accommodating and responsive, came to fix a couple issues that we had during our stay (garbage disposal, AC) +Ample parking if you rent a car +Large pool and hot tub +Good sound system in the main living room, along with pool table and dart board +Large equipped kitchen Cons -The house can feel dated in some areas (bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture) and could use an update -Minor things like broken floor tiles or broken doors don't go unnoticed -If you have a car, need to manually open/close the front gate every time -several issues with the grill, we were never able to actually get it working Overall, the property was perfect for our needs, and Jack exceeded our expectations as far as communication and service. He does live on the property but as others have mentioned never a bother. With a minor facelift this property could be an exceptional five star experience.

Great Stay!

First off, Jack (our host) was fantastic! He explained everything about the house. The house is very spacious with plenty of bedrooms and beds for a wonderful get together. The back yard is truly awesome. Nice pool, and toys. BBQ is great and the "tiki room" is unique (has a coy pond, bar and TV). The only drawback is the airplane noise (under a flight pattern) but is quiet inside the house. The home has 2 doggies that were in the front yard and were very friendly. (we miss "Blue and Birdie" already!) Anyway, is in a safe neighborhood and close to everything (airport, and strip). We highly recommend this property

Solid rental

The house looks exactly like the pictures!!! We had multiple families stay here for a thanksgiving celebration and the house worked out well for us. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and the living room served as a nice gathering area. Pretty chilly but the crazy kids still made use of the pool (without us heating it, although that was an option) and they spent lots of time hot tubbing. Jack, the owner, was super responsive via phone and texts. Checkin was easy and checkout was great, we didn’t have to do anything!

Jack's house is more than we expected. Beautiful pool, hot tub, pond. More than enough space for our party. Jack was so accommodating. We had some small changes in our initial plan, and Jack didn't hesitate to adjust his schedule. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Jack!

The property was a short Uber ride to the Vegas strip . Stores for food shopping were only about a mile away easy walk. Jack the owner was very helpful, Jack does live on property in sperate apartment but never a bother.

great way to bring in the new year

This was a very great stay for my group and I. this was my first booking on Vrbo and I could not be happier with the stay. the home is very spacious with an east and west wing, hot tube and mini golf. we loved how close the listing was to the strip and to the airport. Jack, the host, was great at communicating with us and helping and accommodating us with what ever we needed. will call on this listing again when traveling to vegas with a big group.

Great Bachelor Getaway!

Our group was in Vegas for my buddy’s bachelor party and this house was perfect. Had everything we were looking for, and the AC and pool were life savers in the record breaking heat! Jack was awesome and easy to communicate with, and his two dogs were excellent companions as well!

BE AWARE!! OWNER LIVES ON PROPERTY!!

SOOO MANY THINGS TO ADDRESS... 1. House is shaped around the pool. The owner/manager (Jack who is a nice guy and I believe means well) lives in part of that with 2 large dogs that he lets run free with him in the back and front of the house. The dogs chased my husband and our little dog in the house in the back and chased him in the vehicle out front. He was terrified and very upset by this!! Jack seems to think it's ok to come into the back of the property at will with no heads up of any kind accompanied with his dogs! 2. Garage was separate rental! Locked off. No renters. 3. We FROZE while our stay especially in the master bedroom area as the thermostats are covered with a plastic encasing and locked!! The heat was set at 68. He did tell my daughter (whom arrived prior to us) that he could change it but that would mean he would have to come in and physically do so as it is old school and not smart wifi. With covid or any time who wants someone to be in the house constantly to turn up the heat during day and turn down for night sleep!?! 4. He has a fish aquarium in the dining area and turtles and fish out by the hot tub. He literally asked if we could feed the fish daily. I was shocked as I didn't pay to take on this responsibility. My daughter prior to our arrival found a turtle floating in the hot tub and had to rescue it. Luckily it survived! Turtles carry diseases so there's that to worry about! 5. The pool was not running and had a major amount of debris at the bottom and old half inflated floats in it as well. 6. We got some lovely steaks to have a bbq. Upon inspection of the grill it was filthy and had to have a major cleaning prior. Once that was completed we managed to light something on fire to light the grill as the log matches provided were wet and no longer usable. Once we went to put the steaks on we discovered all the propane was empty. during the process of cooking in the kitchen everything had to be cleaned ahead of using it! 7. kitchen sink was totally clogged! Jack was aware of issue and suggested using a plunger with baking soda and vinegar. 8. sheets and towels stank sour like when you leave them in the wash too long. There were only 4 washcloths for entire rental. Asked Jack for more and he was courteous enough to go to the dollar store and purchase new ones. So I washed them all. Could not get the swell out of towels however. Pros: big yard. good location.

There for the rodeo

Jack was very nice and helpful. We highly recommend this property. Especially at a time of year when the outdoor amenities could be enjoyed even more. We had five adults, two kids, two dogs, and a cat there for 10 days for rodeo events going on in town during the NFR. There was plenty of parking inside the gated driveway for two large SUVs and the Western Hauler Truck. We were able to get Instacart deliveries and cooked most of our meals right there at the house. Great place!
