House exceeded all expectations. The property was awesome, pool/ hot tub were great. TV's pretty much in every room along with bluetooth speakers made hanging out in any space so much better. Owner lived in property next door making any questions or concerns a non-issue. The owner does have 2 incredibly friendly dogs who find their way on to the front of the property so I would recommend just informing the owner if you are allergic!

Family get together

Host was super with communication and answering any questions. House was nice with rooms on both ends so one side of house quiet and kids had the other to themselves. Outside area was nice and our dog had a lot of space with everything fenced in. Not more than 10 minute uber to about anywhere! We will be back!

The Perfect Bachelor Pad

We recently stayed at Jack's house and our group was very satisfied with the house overall. In general, the house is very large and we had plenty of space with 9 people, but it would have been fine with the maximum (12). We were a group of 9 guys on a bachelor party trip, so the pool and hot tub worked well for us. We did not need to heat the pool, as the weather was 105F+ the entire weekend. Giving the property 4/5 overall based on some minor issues, nothing that couldn't be easily fixed though. Pros: +GREAT location, close to airport and strip +Huge house with plenty of space to hangout and sleep +Host was very accommodating and responsive, came to fix a couple issues that we had during our stay (garbage disposal, AC) +Ample parking if you rent a car +Large pool and hot tub +Good sound system in the main living room, along with pool table and dart board +Large equipped kitchen Cons -The house can feel dated in some areas (bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture) and could use an update -Minor things like broken floor tiles or broken doors don't go unnoticed -If you have a car, need to manually open/close the front gate every time -several issues with the grill, we were never able to actually get it working Overall, the property was perfect for our needs, and Jack exceeded our expectations as far as communication and service. He does live on the property but as others have mentioned never a bother. With a minor facelift this property could be an exceptional five star experience.

Great Stay!

First off, Jack (our host) was fantastic! He explained everything about the house. The house is very spacious with plenty of bedrooms and beds for a wonderful get together. The back yard is truly awesome. Nice pool, and toys. BBQ is great and the "tiki room" is unique (has a coy pond, bar and TV). The only drawback is the airplane noise (under a flight pattern) but is quiet inside the house. The home has 2 doggies that were in the front yard and were very friendly. (we miss "Blue and Birdie" already!) Anyway, is in a safe neighborhood and close to everything (airport, and strip). We highly recommend this property

Solid rental

The house looks exactly like the pictures!!! We had multiple families stay here for a thanksgiving celebration and the house worked out well for us. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and the living room served as a nice gathering area. Pretty chilly but the crazy kids still made use of the pool (without us heating it, although that was an option) and they spent lots of time hot tubbing. Jack, the owner, was super responsive via phone and texts. Checkin was easy and checkout was great, we didn’t have to do anything!

Jack's house

Jack's house is more than we expected. Beautiful pool, hot tub, pond. More than enough space for our party. Jack was so accommodating. We had some small changes in our initial plan, and Jack didn't hesitate to adjust his schedule. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Jack!

The property was a short Uber ride to the Vegas strip . Stores for food shopping were only about a mile away easy walk. Jack the owner was very helpful, Jack does live on property in sperate apartment but never a bother.

Away from crowds and Private

great way to bring in the new year

This was a very great stay for my group and I. this was my first booking on Vrbo and I could not be happier with the stay. the home is very spacious with an east and west wing, hot tube and mini golf. we loved how close the listing was to the strip and to the airport. Jack, the host, was great at communicating with us and helping and accommodating us with what ever we needed. will call on this listing again when traveling to vegas with a big group.

Great Bachelor Getaway!

Our group was in Vegas for my buddy’s bachelor party and this house was perfect. Had everything we were looking for, and the AC and pool were life savers in the record breaking heat! Jack was awesome and easy to communicate with, and his two dogs were excellent companions as well!
