Our family of four enjoyed a lovely stay at Paula’s property. It was just the right size for us. The kitchen and bedrooms were clean and well-appointed, and the backyard served as beautiful oasis in which to relax between excursions to the strip, the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon West, and Red Rock Canyon. It does butt up against a busy road with a fair amount of traffic, but the privacy wall does a lovely job of helping to block out the noise and create an oasis like setting in which to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, and having an outdoor living space where we could eat and watch TV in the evenings. Paula was very responsive with questions along the way, which is always appreciated. We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone vacationing in the Vegas area!

Paula is amazing!! Probably the best rental I’ve ever stayed at. The beds were amazing, kitchens stocked, bathroom stocked, plush towels! So easy! Great location- easy to navigate all around town! Will definitely stay here again!! Thanks for a great place to get away!

The back yard is beautiful!!! We spent every day and night in the pool. The host Paula was very responsive. The house is adequately stocked with all your needs including toiletries in both bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Great for a family stay in Las Vegas

Our goal for our trip to Las Vegas was to choose a home near our nieces/cousins wedding venue. This property delivered in proximity to the Lotus House wedding venue, while also being close enough to other Las Vegas Attractions. We easily slept 6 adults in the house in the comfortable beds. All of us enjoyed the roomy common area, the well appointed kitchen, and clean bathrooms. However, the best area was outdoors around the covered patio and large pool. Although it was well over 100 degrees on each of the days we were there, we were able to be outside in the shade, or in the pool as much as we wanted. Paula was extremely responsive when we had some delays to our flight and checked to make sure we made it to the house even though it was 2 am. If we ever have the chance, we would definitely stay in this home again.

Fantastic property and a great host.

Paula was helpful and kind from the first booking inquiry. Throughout the entire stay from start to finish she was responsive and helpful with my questions. I highly recommend this property to people staying in Las Vegas with bigger groups.

The property was tidy with attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor amenities were wonderful. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the firepit since the propane tank seemed empty. Overall: lovely rental.

A comfy convenient spot

So the best thing by far about Paula's property is Paula herself! She is kind and a great communicator. The pre-check in info was EXTENSIVE though I'm sure that is sadly necessary because of the actions of other guests. The door code worked fine for us, using the App provided was more trouble then it was worth. The property itself is conveniently located in and OK neighborhood. The pool is lovely and I'm sure in cooler weather the outside seating area, hot tub and fire pit would be great. Lots of fun activities for the kids who enjoyed foosball and the pool table. Comfy seating in the living room and kitchen but this is definitely a house for 6 max, can't imagine more people then that. The room that says it has 3 beds is really a king, a fold out in the closet and not sure what the third was supposed to be. Beds were comfy though super low, towels were not terribly nice and pool towels need to replaced for sure. The property as a whole needs some love. The front yard looks really rough, nothing at all like the pictures and all back yard plants are dead. Inside details like baseboards/vents etc need some attention. Homeowners were there dealing with some ongoing property maintenance and were super receptive to feedback about towel hooks needed and a few other issues. All in all it was a lot of $ spent but I think with improvements that seem to be in the works made, it would be a great spot.

Family Mini Vacation

Clean & Well Maintained, Great Manager

Stayed here with friends the week of our Vegas wedding. Property was clean and as described in the listing. Paula was responsive and professional in all of our interactions. Nice quiet place just far enough from the strip to relax and grill by the pool, but do keep in mind for guests sometimes Uber can be expensive to and from the strip. We enjoyed playing music during normal hours without bothering the neighbors. Respect the rules and be honest in your communication and you will have an amazing time staying here.

The property was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed and more than we expected. Paula is a great host and very easy to reach. She and her husband were very quick to respond and to resolve any questions our needs we had. This will be my first choice to check on our next visit to Las Vegas.

Nice property but a little deceiving.

Spent 5 days in the Las Vegas area for a golf trip with 2 friends. We booked this property knowing we would spend the majority of our time on the golf course and at the property so the amenities were VERY important. The listing showcased, in our priority a pool, hot tub, pool table, foosball table, grill and outdoor seating area (including fire table). On arrival we acknoledged the property was very clean and spacious. The inside of the property was great, lots of room, well equiped, nice kitchen and the beds were comfortable. The backyard space is beautiful however there were a few issues, the most critical was that the pool is unheated which made it unusable other than for shocking cold plunges...this was a real dissapointement. Despite being 24-28 degrees celsius the pool was useless to us which was a major factor in the booking. The hot tub is listed as a 6 person spa however is barely large enough for 3 grown adults. In addition the hot tub was not very clean which was evident by the large amount of foam it produced when the jets were activated which made it a little off putting. The pool table is located in the garage which isnt a huge deal hoever the quality of the table is terrible. From the pictures on the listing it looks decent but this is a very subpar table for anyone with any real interest in billiards. Similarily the foosball table is of the quality where kids could enjoy it but anyone with any experience would see it as a dissapointment. The grill and outdour seating area were nice howver the property backs onto a fairly major road and there is constant noise which hinders the experience. With all that said the major dissapointment was definitely not being able to use the pool. When we arrived I asked about this and was told it wasn't listed as a "heated" pool which is why they have the spa, and that the outsided temperatures were supposed to be hot so it should be ok...it wasn't. Perhaps by June this pool would be usable but at this point they could list the pool and you could show up with it empty and we would have had the same experience. Lesson learned I suppose. Based on what we experienced if you are looking for a clean place with 3 bedrooms, nice kitchen and outdour area with a grill this would be great. Based on what we were looking for, and thought we had booked, we were dissapointed and would not stay here again. Paula was a good host we just feel the listing was deceiving.
