Have stayed at many VRBO properties. This one was not upto par. The kitchen was not equipped well . The pits and pans should be changed. The bathrooms had the liquid soap only. No shampoo and conditioner. No caddy holding the amenities. The furniture needs to be upgraded if you want to attract better clients . Did not use the pool. Location was convenient. Close to the airport and the strip.

Host for property (Sanh) very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was as expected with property. Property worked very well for my small group attending Expo in Vegas and was central to our needs of golf courses and dining. I would recommend staying at this property as the neighborhood was nice a quiet at night and the host was great as well.

The house was roomy and clean! It had pretty much everything we needed. Never found any washcloths, but not a huge deal. We did have an issue with the overhead lights in the kitchen/LR going out one evening. We had lamps, so not a big issue. The host was prompt in responding and sent the electrician over the following morning to fix the apparent loose wire. Very good communication with the host!

Super friendly and amazing communication.We rented it for 11 days, and not having storage for food in the kitchen or dresser drawers in the bedrooms was a big drawback. For a weekend rental I would give it 5 Stars!!

COZY means it is a very SMALL HOMEThe photos of this home and the owner's listing make it appear as if it's a much bigger and nicer home than it really is especially given the price we paid. This is a SMALL 2,700 SF home which wasn't great for our adult family, a group of 11 people. The home, built in 1981, has had some remodeling done to it to make it looker nice in the photos and larger than it actually is. On top of that the pool table seen in the photos is a very small, cheap, 1/2 size at best, pool table in a room where there isn't enough space on the sides of the table to take an actual shot. The owner needs to update the listing to make the size of the home is clear, instead of finding out 2 days beforehand when you receive the actual address and do a Google search.Despite that misleading and frustrating dynamic of the listing and price, I do have to point out that the home is located in a nice neighborhood in Hendersen, NV which was very convenient and close to both the Strip and Lake Las Vegas.

Girls Trip: A Success!

This property is very well maintained and offered a nice retreat for me and my 7 girlfriends as we celebrated a recent transition. We enjoyed the main areas where we gathered to eat as well as the pool and covered cabana.

Great location!

The location was perfect for us. We were helping move our granddaughter into UNLV. the house was convenient to both the university and airport byt far enough from the strip we were not stuck in a lot of traffic. Lots of good restaurants close to pick up food or have it delivered. There are only 2 TV’s in the house. This was ok for us but if you like watching TV in bed only one master suite and the living room has a TV. Great communication with the host. Would definitely rent again!

A Fabulous Weekend

Our stay at this home exceeded our expectations. The home was very spacious and clean. There extra blankets, pillows and towels were nice to have access to. The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms gave everyone room to spread out. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds. The little ones could be sleeping upstairs while the adult visited downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make simple meals and snacks. The highlight was the pool. It was the perfect size and the “sun shelf” was nice to relax on and watch the kids swim. The water was a little cool in the morning but the heater worked well and had it up to temperature in no time. I really appreciate the quick response to questions from the owner. We would love to be able to stay here again!

Perfect house for family trip

We just stayed at this property to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Bedrooms are spacious, well equipped kitchen and perfect backyard with a shaded area by the pool. It is in a great location, about 15 minute drive to the strip. Property owner was very responsive. Overall a wonderful experience!
