Amazing experience!!! 10/10 would highly recommend

Beautiful home perfect for a weekend vacation with family. Quiet and safe neighborhood. This was the quickest booking I’ve ever done. I had a reply with in 5 mins with all the information I needed, garage, ac, refrigerator, wifi, patio….. we would of stayed if we could of. Thank you Jessica! Loved your property and set up, we will be back.

Clean, convenient and homey place in Las Vegas

The property is very clean and well stuffed. We found everything we need in the house. It is in a quiet neighborhood and yet close to grocery stores. The owners is very responsive with communications. Internet is fast. We will rent it again if we go to Las Vegas in the future.

Perfect stay for our family of 6

We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our Las Vegas vacation — perfect for a family of six with kids aged 7 to 13! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and recharge after our daily adventures.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed—from pots, pans, dishes, and utensils to a coffee maker—making breakfast or dinner prep a breeze. It was so convenient (and budget-friendly) to whip up meals, especially after long days out.Speaking of adventures, we had a blast visiting Omega Mart, exploring the quirky art installations; learning at The Springs Preserve; and cheering on the jousters at Excalibur. After all the fun, coming “home” to this peaceful neighborhood was a perfect way to unwind.Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to the Strip and attractions, yet in a quiet, family-friendly area. Multiple grocery stores were just minutes away, making it easy to grab snacks, drinks, and dinner ingredients.Overall, this spot was clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. If you’re a family headed to Las Vegas, you’ll love it.

Graduation

Family in town to celebrate my nephews high school graduation. Property was very clean and had a nice layout. Bags of ice was a nice touch and air conditioner worked well for that Vegas heat. Comfortable community feel, no security concerns. Almost everything was less than a 15 minute drive via Strip, food, shopping, etc. Simple house rules, check in and out was a breeze. My family enjoyed their stay.

Did not disappoint

Located directly in front of a school, the street was surprisingly quiet. Home was very beautiful and actually felt like home. Location was 2 -3 minutes from all the food or shopping you could need or want. Gas around the block was 2.99 a gallon. I'm from Los Angeles area and we are 5.15 per gallon, so whoa. Our stay was 5 days this time. Next time it'll be 14 days. Thank You - Thank You - Thank You

Home was as-advertised

My wife, brother, niece and I stayed here for four nights. The home was clean and equipped with the basic essentials. There were two minor issues with kitchen appliances, and each time we contacted the host about them we received prompt help. Not sure I would call the place “modern.”

A comfortable stay

The house was really comfortable and cleanWe took Uber to the main strip & to Fremont, range between 15-25 dollars. Grocery story within a 5 mile radius. The neighborhood may seem a little on the rough side but very quiet and safe.

Good getaway

This house is just close enough to get into the strip and old town easily. Then it’s nice and quiet when you get home. House is great! Very comfortable. Grill works great. No complaints. Host is very responsive.
