Excellent and Exactly as Promised

Super clean, super well-organized, super clear communication, super easy check-in and check-out. Would stay again for sure. One of the most accurate VRBO listings I've experienced. The house is perfectly set up and clean. The games all worked. The air conditioning is excellent. Bathrooms and kitchens are clean, and beds were on the firmer side but comfortable (memory-foam I think), not the cheap ones you often encounter. Zero complaints!

Great for Family Fun!

This property was able to accommodate my family for a birthday/mother's day weekend. There were several amenities to engage with making it the perfect place for a relaxing yet entertaining retreat. The check in process was very easy and the host was easy to communicate with as well. There was an issue with one of the amenities being in operable. Also there was no filtered water from the refrigerator which we were not expecting and we found that odd. Not a big deal grabbed spring water from the store near by. I would have to recommend for anyone looking for a fun vacation spot!

House was as billed, clean and nice inside and out. Outdoor pool and slide were big hits. Lots of TVs but the one in the main living room at some discoloration that made it a little challenging to watch. Overall would definitely book again

Perfect Blend of Relaxation and Entertainment – A Dream Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! It’s the perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment. The house is incredibly spacious and clean, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The quiet neighborhood made it a peaceful escape.The pool was a hit with my kids. Do not regret the pool heating at all. It made the pool so much more comfortable with the quickly changing temperature. Lots of different game options through out the home as well as the backyard!Overall, this home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet, fun, and relaxing getaway! The owners had great communication as well through out the trip.

UNLV Moot Court competition.

We were in town for an event at UNLV and did not want to be in the throngs and masses of the strip. The house is very conveniently located in close proximity to the campus as well as the strip BUT at the same time is in a quiet residential neighborhood away from the inundating chaos of "Vegas". The property is as depicted on the website full of activities both inside and out, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts are very attentive and readily available and responsive to every issue and concern that was raised. Very pleased and satisfied with our stay.

Mini family reunion

This home is absolutely perfect for two families. Met up with cousins and their kids and our own family and kids. So many fun games to play and lots of swimming in the pool to beat the July heat. We barely watched television. It was 15-20 mins from everything we wanted to do (the Sphere, Meow Wolf, and shopping at on the strip). We had a great time and 100% would stay again.

Our stay at the Buddha Estate was amazing! The host was very easy to communicate with and got back to me instantly with anything that we needed or questions that I had. The property was just as described and photographed. We had the best time there and would highly recommend this house for others with a large group! The house was easy to find for Lyft drivers and close to both a Walgreens and a Smith's for any items you may need. Great all around!!

GREAT place to stay when in Las Vegas!

Our family stayed at this property over our spring break. It was excellent. The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything you’d need for your stay, including towels, linens, kitchen utensils, appliances, etc. Pictures represent the property well. LOTS to do while your’e there - pool, sauna, hot tub, basketball, mini golf, outdoor games, billiards, foosball, etc. Property Manager was VERY communicative - would respond almost instantly to any messages. Excellent location, short drive to the freeway and the Vegas Strip and Airport are close. We would stay there again!

Great house- lots to keep you busy.

Everything was great! Vegas can be a little pricey for three families so we decided to rent a house instead & we’re glad we did. You’re close enough to the strip to Uber or drive but there’s plenty of things to do at the house in your downtime. We had six adults, 14, 4, & 6 year old.

Stayed here with a total of 6 of us. Plenty of space and room for everyone! Place is super clean, organized with lots of amenities. Also location is perfect! Very short ride to the strip. Great property for family and friends!

The VRBO site/app was not very user friendly however my interactions with the owner was great. They were very responsive and took care of all our requests/issues promptly and were very easy to work with both via email and phone. The property was exactly as advertised and fit our family’s needs. The pool/hot tub was perfect for both children and adults alike.. All the bathrooms were stocked with bath, hand and makeup towels, shampoo/conditioner and plenty of hand soap. Couple of very minor suggestions: put in blackout curtains in all bedrooms, make sure there’s enough paper towels/napkins and toilet paper for a house full of people. The ice maker and water dispenser were not working which would have been nice to have but we bought a case of water and a large bag of ice for our stay. Again, very minor things which did not hinder our time at the house! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a memorable vacation for my family!

Zohar was a great host and the house was exactly as advertised. Very windy and on the first day the pool guy came to clean out the debris. We had a great time with all the games and space along with a quick trip to the strip.
