From check-in to check-out, everything about this stay was seamless. The house was spotless, the amenities were exactly as described, and the host made communication effortless. It’s rare to find a place where everything just works, but this was it. We’ll definitely be back!

Be Careful

First off, I’m writing this review almost one month later because we barely heard back from the property manger. I want so badly to leave a positive review but can’t. We researched alot of accommodations before settling on the “beautiful oasis home”. After reading others reviews and the eclectic vibe of the oasis home along with the images on the listing we thought we found our spot. We were wrong. Before arrival, we had to continually ask the property manager if everything was ready at the home for our check in. We never heard back. An hour before our arrival, we finally got an email giving us the code to check in. Upon arrival, the front door had garbage piled up against it, the grass was completely dead and the yard appeared to have not been taken care of in months. After cleaning up the outside, we get inside the home and it’s fairly clean from first appearances. However, after looking around further the main bathroom had not been cleaned, one of the bedrooms had closet doors off the track against the wall, the oasis & heart of the home had not been cleaned in weeks at best. There were dead leaves all over and bugs. The garage was piled with junk, the door leading into the garage was opened and couldn’t lock exposing the interior of the home and guests. Which is a huge safety concern as the home is not in a very safe neighborhood. I could elaborate more but this home does have potential. It just needs to be taken care of. We left an hour after our arrival.

Nice house for our Vegas trip

This is a super funky house that definitely fits the Vegas vibe! It's a bit dated and certain parts need some upgrades and love, but the location was great and we slept very well. We will be back!

Great stay

The location is conveniently close to the Strip, making it easy to access all the major attractions. The home itself offers plenty of space, which was a big plus for comfort. However, the pond in the house had a noticeable odor that occasionally carried into the house, which impacted the overall experience. Additionally, the surrounding neighborhood felt somewhat unkempt, which may not be ideal for all guests.

Terrific space for a huge group!

Looooved the atrium room and retro vibe. Felt very homey. Fantastic large hot tub. Love the big screen in the atrium room. Bluetooth in the master bath was fun!

Great property

Great home, host was very accommodating. The only thing i can say that was a challenge was the oven- it was very very old, we didn't feel comfortable cooking anything in it. Free frozen pizza was left in freezer :) Otherwise the stay was great.

Very unique house

We had a great stay! Hanging out on the couch in the atrium with the projection tv on was my favorite part. We did not see any turtles at all so that was disappointing but the plants, koi pond and lights were all amazing. The neighborhood is older and right next to the airport so there's a lot of airplane noise. You can watch planes takeoff from the hot tub all day and night. The master shower with the blue-tooth speaker was another thing I loved. The kitchen is dated with original ovens and cooktop. We didn't do any cooking so it was ok. The backyard area is also very cool with string lights, flat screen tv, couch, hot tub and dining table. I would absolutely stay here again!

Thanksgiving 2024

Very nice property with a noteworthy atrium in the center of the home. It was picture perfect home and the host was responsive to all questions and concerns, However, there was little that he can do when it came to the inoperable oven. Home came with a double oven and neither were operating to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. I was so disappointed. I suspect guests do not rent the home for the oven but this time i needed it. Did I say disappointed…. Fortunately I wasn’t hosting dinner and I was able to make alternative plans but the homeowner should assure all equipment is operating Or disclose what is not to prevent the disappointment I felt during the holidays. This is a great place if you aren’t needing the ovens like I needed. I do suggest identifying this valuable information in your ad before renting. Thank you.

An amazing place unlike no other

An absolutely unique and wonderful property. Great location and amenities, but like all houses it comes with a few minor issues. All of the nonstick frying pans are scratched and gouged to the core, to the point of being a health issue and badly need replacing. The atrium has a funny smell which goes away quickly once you leave the doors open. The turtles are great but elusive. If you move slowly and don't scare them they will bask in the sun for you. The property is directly under a flight path and planes fly directly overhead, sometimes once a minute. The back patio is fantastic, but depending on the air traffic it can get loud enough to make you pause talking until each jet passes. Considering how great the space is this was not an issue for us but might be for others. The shower in the second bath has very low water pressure. The dishwasher and projection TV were broken. Kudos to the host for offering to send someone out on the weekend but we said it wasn't a big deal if they didn't mind dirty dishes when we left. All of the bedrooms aside from the master have sliding doors that access the atrium. Cool, but this means not much privacy, especially since the curtains are almost transparent. If you're bringing a big group make sure they're all good friends. It's still a five star place but needs some TLC. We would absolutely stay there again.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Worked perfect for 4 guys to stay. We each had a separate bedroom and space to ourselves while also giving plenty of common areas to hang out together. The atrium/turtle pond is so unique and cool. Loved it!

The house was exactly as pictured. Communication with the owner was open and timely. He was very accommodating on early check in for us. We enjoyed our stay in Vegas and would stay here again.
