The good: - Spacious house with quiet neighborhood. The bad - Sheets in master bath were not adequately clean, the blanket was not either. Had to re wash everything upon arrival.- do not want to go into detail on that. House had no extra blankets. Hot tub was unknowingly extra money to heat 35 per day, & not allowed to be used passed 10pm, due to quiet time rules. - again unknown. Most of our dinners didn’t end until 9:30pm so we never made it home early enough to enjoy the hot tub. Pool was extra to heat as well. This information was not provided prior to booking.

Graduation

We were in Las Vegas for a graduation and to spend time with extended family. This house is was perfect! The pool table and outdoor pool/spa provided the right amount of entertainment. The kitchen was a dream to cook in and the property was very well maintained. I would rent this place again!

Comfortable & Convenient Family Getaway

We had a wonderful family gathering at this vacation rental! The house was clean and well-maintained. The bedrooms were comfortable and they provided towels and toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, makeup wipes, and soap. The kitchen had most everything we needed for cooking and serving our meals. We enjoyed the well-kept pool and jacuzzi, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. An added bonus was having access to the garage and being able to play pool. The location was ideal—close to parks and good restaurants, making it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer. We walked our granddaughter to the nearest park daily to swing on the swing. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. I recommend this rental for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient vacation spot!

Henderson Gem!

We stayed in this home for almost 3 weeks. It worked out so well for my family. Communication and cleanliness were excellent. It was a great neighborhood! We would rent this house again for sure.

Henderson, Nevada vacation rental

From my initial inquiry response time was always quick. The rental was just like the pictures online. All rooms were well appointed and the entire house was very clean. Back yard area was a nice place to unwind with the pool and hot tub which were spotless. The location was great for us. Twenty minutes from the strip, super close to the airport, and a great home base for all our other excursions. Every question I had once we arrived was also promptly answered. My husband and sons love billiards, so the pool table was enjoyed on a daily basis. There was laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, soap and shampoo in all bathrooms. Neighborhood was super quiet and we felt safe during our safe. Very nice neighborhood convenient to restaurants and stores. Would highly recommend this rental for your vacation stay! Thank you for having us!!

Highly recommend!

This property checks all the boxes! Very clean, great location in a nice neighborhood, comfortable beds, the pool and hot tub is well maintained, but the shining star is the kitchen! Fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans and dishes. The appliances are TOP OF THE LINE! We stayed almost a week cooking ”at home” so we appreciated all the attention to detail!

Perfect Family Get-a-way

Super!

We really enjoyed our stay for the Super Bowl! The house was as advertised…spacious (7 adults), super clean, well-appointed, and well-stocked with everything we needed. It’s in a lovely residential neighborhood that’s just 15 minutes from the Strip and Allegiant Stadium, which worked well for us. Our host was really easy to work with and made sure we had all the info we needed for a terrific stay. We would definitely go back and we highly recommend this property!

Lovely home

The home was absolutely lovely. I was meticulous in picking a home that had entertainment inside and out and this house did not disappoint. We had kids of all ages and two small dogs and everyone was perfectly comfortable and entertained. This is the most well stocked place we’ve ever been in. Keep in mind however that there is a limited amount of forks. The house is in a family friendly area with plenty of shopping nearby and 20min from the strip.

nice but disappointed

The house was nice, neighborhood was nice but the furniture inside the house is verry uncomfortable house says it can sleep 10, however it is not equipped to to sit even 5 comfortablly to watch TV , nice TV's but no where to sit and watch comfortably. the sofas are small and very uncomfortable. It rained severral days and we tried to watch a couple of movies--very nice TV"S but furniture not accomadating. Also not enough forks for six people to eat. Constantly washing silverware to eat. Dishwasher leaves spots on dishes needs to jet dry or rinse aid. Had to was every pan we took out of the cupboard before using. Also kitchen not well equiped had to buy aluminum pans to cook lasanga as no baking dishes or cake pan. For what we paid expected alot more!

Gorgeous house

The house was as beautiful as it looks on the pictures. We didn't use the pool because of the weather but we love the pool table, that was a big hit. My family and I usually rent houses instead of hotels when we travel because we prefer the quiet to relax when we're back from our activities so this house was perfect for us. They had extra of everything, especially essentials like toilet paper, wich as funny at it may be, is not the occasion on most rentals. Will definitely recommend.

Vegas Stay

Overall, I loved the residence and all the provided amenities. I felt it was very clean, modern, and up-to-date. I must say I was amazed with the quality of the kitchen and all the utensils available. I have not seen or stayed at a place to date that’s had as much to offer in that area. The only thing that I was not fond of was the limited spa time availability. There were plenty of times where I self and guests wanted to use the spa, but could not due to time restraints. I’m sure it is complicated to deal with the heating and costs of the pool and spa areas so I’m not sure how to Fix this however, if you could look into it moving forward, I’m sure your guest will be even more happier.

Large home in a quiet family neighborhood. Very comfortable beds and nice furnishings and upgraded kitchen. Awesome pool area with lounging chairs in the pool. Very quiet and relaxing.
