Vegas strip

When we arrived we asked for early check in, willing to pay the extra 75 for it. However the front desk agent said it’s not up to me when the room is ready the host will let you know. We informed our host we arrived. We had flown in early so we killed time on the LV strip. We attempted to check in again after waiting all day for a more appropriate early check in. We attempted again at 1, check in 3. We were made to wait 2 hours in the lobby. Security was questioning the resort staff like we were not supposed to be there. After hours I got a screenshot from our host showing he told the resort to let us check in at 1:30. We were left exhausted after flying and walking the strip, to sit in a lobby for hours even though our room was ready. The room was nice enough however I would suggest a few things. The coffee pot was a drip pot standard, but we were provided K-cup pod rather than coffee. There was 1 creamer, 2 sweeteners low for 3 people. I had to go purchase ground coffee. The shower head is solid green with lime. This is not a good look for the host. Don’t expect much for toiletries, there is no blow dryer which is a very basic that even motels have! The couch is cordaroy from the 80’s possibly. Uncomfortable to sleep on, very uncomfortable. The balcony glass is so filthy it honestly looks like people spit on it and spilled drinks that dried.Main bed was very comfortable. The pillowcase had a rip in it, I informed our host immediately and he responded. So that was nice.

Lack of communication post-stay

I wanted to leave a good review. However, I requested a receipt from the contact and NEVER got a response. Even if it was a no, I would have appreciated a response. I even called him, and he ignored my call and sent text asking who it was, and when I responded, I didn't get a response.

Comfortable suite on the strip

We spent three nights here and found the suite to be spacious and comfortable. The view was amazing and we could see the Sphere from our view. Valet parking was prompt. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

The property was nice enough but there was a TV screen that could not be turned off during the entire stay including by the housekeeping staff. Controls on the back of the screen did not turn it off and disconnecting HDMI only changed the display.

Transportation was infuriating. Waited 35 minutes for a taxi. All they do is turn on a light at the guards' hut on Harmon and hope a taxi turns in. Next time must stay where there is a fairly consistent queue of taxis, because we travel all over to different entertainment venues. Construction for the upcoming NASCAR races complicated everything, but still.....

Great Stay

The MGM Signature is a good property. Lots of amenities with the Signature property and shared access with the MGM Grand. Rook was nice and tidy. Enough room for family of 4. Only issue i had was toiletries and any additional items you may need from the hotel. With this being an independent owned property, MGM Signature only accommodates guests that booked with the MGM website. And that you must contact the owner for any additional assistance. Communication with the owner was good and followed up with feedback, but i would assume had a difficult time accommodating any additional requests such as extra towels, bedsheets, or additional pillows. Overall, this property has the space to accommodate a large family and would stay again. But I would temper my expectations for requests and come prepared.

Kitchen with basic items were nice. Very spacious, lots of storage space were also great. Super quiet room and floor. The view was ok, it was nice to be able to see the LinQ high roller with illumination. A connected path to Tower 1, Tower 2, and MGM Grand was helpful when we had to get food and do some shopping at MGM Grand.

Birthday getaway

Check in and valet were seamless upon arrival. When we opened the door to walk into the room there was a terrible smell I had never smelled before. The sink and fridge were leaking causing the carpet directly in front of it to be damp. Since we arrived later in the evening I waited till the next morning to communicate this to the host. He was quick with his response. When we came back from walking the strip there was a maintenance guy in our room fixing the issue. He told us he had been out the week prior and the complex finally approved the part to be replaced. After everything was fixed the smell did go away. The property is great and close to everything we wanted to do. I feel the couch and carpeting should be replaced as there are random food/beverage stains on both as well as dirt on high traffic areas, which is to be expected. Despite all of this being said, I would definitely stay here again.

Just OK

The Signature was more like three adjoining hotels, this unit being in building three. This building did not having any amenities. The food, entertainment, pools, and gym were all in other buildings. It was about a half mile walk to the MGM Casino and the Las Vegas Strip. When we arrived they made us go to building one to check in, we had to walk our luggage through two buildings about two football fields long. There were actually two nights that our building didn't have any valet service. As for the room it was clean. We had a few complaints like the TV in the bath and phones not working. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower needs attention and there were too few towels for a weeks stay. One last comment, this unit does not have a "Strip View". It has a view of the back of the hotels lining the strip. It you look hard enough you may catch a view of the traffic lights on the strip, down the street. I would stay here again, but only in tower one.

Me and my daughter stayed 3 nights here! It was wonderful! Close to the lazy river, Starbucks and monorail! Room was clean and quiet! I love that it was non-smoking! We would come back for sure!

Great location!

The suite at the Signature at MGM was a great location and the ability to use the MGM amenities was wonderful. The owner was helpful at check in and checked in with us during our stay. The place could have been a little cleaner...couch was pretty stained, dirty grout in the shower, and hair left in the bathtub.

Our Stay In Vegas

The property was exactly as expected located with the MGM Signature Towers. The property is directly connected to the MGM and you are able to use all their facilities. The owner was awesome checking in with through out our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Great place in walking distance of the Strip.

I enjoyed staying at this condo with my family. It is within walking distance from the strip and easy to get a Uber/Lyft ride to where ever you want to go. Access to the MGM pool was terrific. The kids loved the lazy river. The condo has a kitchenette but I wasn't able to find a grocery service to deliver to us though I was able to walk to the strip and stop by Target to get the basics. William was very responsive and attentive. Thanks for a great experience!
