The property was advertised with many family-friendly amenities that my family and I were really looking forward to using. Unfortunately, from the beginning, our stay did not meet expectations.Check-in was listed as 4:00 PM, but when we arrived at 5:30 PM, the home had not yet been cleaned. Although the cleaning crew arrived shortly after and worked quickly, it delayed our ability to settle in and start our stay comfortably.More concerning were several safety and accuracy issues with the outdoor amenities. The children’s playground slide was broken and did not feel secure when the swings were in use. There was also broken glass scattered across the patio concrete, and unfortunately 2 member of our group stepped on glass. The trampoline pictured in the listing appeared much larger than the small one actually on the property. Additionally, a seesaw that was shown in the amenities photos was not available at the home.The basketball, volleyball, and golf areas were also not properly maintained. One of the main reasons we chose this home was for the amenities, as we were traveling with six children ranging from ages 3 to 13. Not having these features in safe, working, and accurately represented condition was very disappointing.For the amount of money we spent for two nights, the property fell short of expectations. Because of the safety concerns, misrepresentation of amenities, and initial cleanliness issue, I would rate this stay well below standards.
