Address not given until arrival

The address was not given until we arrived in Las Vegas and then when I asked for the address when we landed the host told me I couldn’t have it until the luggage was in our hands…that was extremely frustrating planning a trip. I also paid over 200 for the hottub and pool to be heated and it was cold when we arrived. Many of the outlets didn’t work in the house either. Location was great!

Nice house poor management

It was a nice house that big enough for my group. I appreciate the space But I’ll not recommend because I had the worst experience checking in. The owner was nice to give us early check in but the property manager Linda wouldn’t text the address until we got in 10mins away and at a point I had to call Vrbo to see if it’s a real listing. And she yelled on the phone because I told her boss(the owner lives in another city) that she wouldn’t reveal the address on time and lack of communication. If I didn’t have friends and family together I would totally cancel the reservation because the way she treated me. She explained in person the house was not registered with Las Vegas city that’s why they were afraid to text the address. I don’t know why people stayed before didn’t think it’s a problem.

Amazing

I booked this property on December 2024 and I am very glad I did. This property is beautiful and has a lot of space. It is close to the airport and to the Vegas strip. I loved the fact that it is located in a quiet neighborhood which makes it perfect for a relaxing time at the heated pool. I highly recommend this property.

Very Disappointed

Booked for Thanksgiving. Home slept 16 we had 9. Size and location were good. At check-in, one of the smoke/CO2 detectors was chirping due to a low battery, the property manager heard the alert and said that maintenance would be immediately notified. The chirping continued through the night until we found a ladder to disconnect. Management never followed up or addressed the issue. I paid 210 to heat the tub for the week. The heat was on 2 days after checkin. After repeatedly asking for operating instructions I was notified 6 days after checkin that the hot tub blower was inoperative. I requested a refund which was denied by the owner. The home is very “tired”. Several glass door panels were missing in the kitchen, the gas stove top ignitor was intermittent, many window blinds were broken. The kitchen was not equipped with enough plates, silverware or glasses for the number of people the house sleeps. The dishwasher had to be run multiple times a day, due to the lack of kitchen supplies. Some of the issues; only one bath towel per person, no dish towels, no casserole/baking dishes, the dining room sat 8. The lack of essentials to match the number of people the house sleeps is not acceptable. Although the management responded to my text messages, they failed to address the issue concerning the smoke/CO2 detectors and the hot tub. Lastly, the owner’s refusal to reimburse me for the money I spent to heat a hot tub that did not work is inexcusable.

Hockey Getaway

The house was very clean and well situated for the Strip as well as other attractions. We were there for my grandsons hockey tournament and this afforded us family time together in a pleasant environment while being close enough to the attractions of Las Vegas. It was a little awkward that the master bedroom and 2 other bedrooms share the same master bath with only access through 2 bedrooms. There are 2 other bedroom with en-suite at the opposite side of the house which were very nice. This situation worked for us as one family with kids used the master bedroom area and the other 2 couples could use the other bedrooms. The living area provided a nice place to watch TV during Final Four and a dining space adequate for our group. The pool was nice but needs repairs to it and there are no lounge chairs around the pool. In general there are some cosmetic repairs that need to be addressed-broken appliances, shower handles broken, unpainted book shelf etc. Upgraded towels would be nice. There were supplies,paper towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap and bathrooms had very nice shampoo, conditioner and body was which very nice to provide.

Nice property

This property was perfect size for a family reunion. It is minutes to the airport and strip by car. It was very clean and the property manager was available. We wanted to have large family meals and the kitchen was spacious. The kitchen lacked some essential cooking utensils, no Tupperware for food storage and no wine opener. The Keurig coffee machine was not working. Parking was an issue as all vehicles had to be parked in the garage at all times which was inconvenient at times. There was a pool available but a huge up charge to heat it. There was also an up charge for early arrival.

College Graduation Celebration

My family and I celebrated our children's college graduation and this house was perfect. We had enough space to accommodate everyone. My only issue was towels; we didn't have enough for 16 people. We just bought some at Walmart.

Las Vegas experience

We like the location of the house, close to strip, stores, and the airport. Few areas needs upgrade or maintenance the bathrooms sinks near the garage are slow to drain and shower water runs slower than the rest of the bathroom. Otherwise in general the house is great place to stay & relax with family & friends.
