Amazing time
Had a bachelor group of about 9 staying at this property. It was a good space for us to do what we needed to do in the time that we had in Vegas. Home is very spacious, very clean and the pool was better than anticipated. Owner responds very quickly and is always available for your needs. There’s about 7 beds, two couches and a roll-out bed in the closet, so there was ample room for everyone. This was a great experience and I highly recommend a stay here!

21st Birthday Celebration
Amazing home, great amenities and overall just felt like home. Travel to the strip is 10minutes. Hoover Dam is 20 miles and the airport is 5 miles away! Very convenient location, would highly recommend this home!

Our family stayed at this property over spring break and had a great time. House was very roomy with many games and great accommodations. Close to the strip and Fremont Street. Host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Spacious home perfect for a family getaway
The property was the perfect size for our large family. The backyard gave the kids lots of activities to keep them entertained. The host was very responsive to my questions. I would definitely book this property again.

Very nice home
My family and I recently stayed in this home and it was super fun. My kids enjoyed playing with the ping pong table, the basket ball hoop and the football table. The grown ups enjoyed the blackjack table while the kids entertained themselves. We did not get to enjoy the pool as the weather was hotter than we were used to but we will definitely stay in this home again. The host was very attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything while we were there. Overall, I rate it a 5 star since my kids especially requested to rent the same place when we return to Vegas. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your super clean cozy home.

Nice place and worked for what we needed
Note: any issues we had on this property, the management of the property did a great job of addressing them. Pros: - Nice size place - Felt cizy - Plenty of cool amenities and entertainment - Comfortable beds - Easy to use - Great communication with management Cons: - Far from the Strip - Neighbors were loud all hours of the night - We had to wash all sheets and towels upon arrival because they were not cleaned - Driveway had broken glass all over along with screws and other material - Kitchen utensils were SUPER dull, recommend getting a sharpener or new knives for cutting - No large pans for cooking - Swimming pool was oversold in listing. Much smaller in person when listing makes it look like it's large. - AC has major issue if the temperature gets above 100 degrees. We were here during the hottest time of the year in Vegas and the house couldn't cool down below 78 degrees. Once the sun went down and if the temps were below 100, it was much better. - Room next to front door gets the most sun during the day and was unbearable even with AC on when temps were above 100 degrees. Overall, the house worked for what we needed it for and it was comfortable for the most part besides the hot days. We were just disappointed that the pool wasn't really usable and the sheets and towels smelled bad when we first started making up the beds and taking showers. This was all reported to the contact and she did whatever she could to help make amends or rectify the situation.

Moms and U15s soccer Vegas style
This place was perfect for us! 4 ladies over 40 with our U15 sons/god sons. Great soccer and able to relax fairly close to all of the fields while still being able to enjoy a show and some great dining on the Strip. We do recommend! Even had a game night at the poker table that was super fun!

Great Getaway
The house was clean and had more space than we really needed but was a great getaway off the strip. The boys had a blast with the games at the house as well. Odelya was very accommodating when I asked to check in early and was quick to respond to my questions. Thank You!!

AMAZING!!!
Definitely the best listing that i visit in Vegas and I visit over 18 times! Before you book all houses looks great with great host and then once you check in you see different than the pictures but not in this house! Looks exactly in the picture my kids enjoyed so much and Odelya was just amazing! On top of that everything was super clean and comfortable easy to check in and out great location and new furniture. Definitely will back to this house! Thank you for making my holiday amazing

The house was nice inside, the area was okay. But there was an awful smell in the house that just wouldn't go away. I tried candles and room spray and still it didn't help.

Don’t let the exterior of the property fool you. The interior is very tastefully dressed and luxuriously set. Very clean and spacious property. The host was very responsive to any and all communication. Would definitely book here again.

Great house with its quirks. Would stay again if
We had this house to house 15 people for a joint bachelor/bachelorette getaway. When we first pulled up to the house, we were told that the house wasn’t in the best neighborhood, but the interior of the place definitely made up for it. The house was bigger than expected. And the location was great! Easy Uber rides to the fremont, the strip, and back. The game room was fun and always gave us something to do. There is only one TV tho. The only reason we were able to fit 15 people was because we brought air mattresses. The couches was pretty skinny and wasn’t a pull out, which would’ve been more helpful. We also found a lot of food under the couch seats. The pool was somewhat of a letdown because it wasn’t as big as showed in the pictures and also it wasn’t filled up all the way. We let the host know and he was very responsive. We also had to share towels with our significant others because there weren’t enough towels for 15 people. Overall, it was a really nice place that could use very minor improvements. All the complaints were minor compared to the great time we had at this great house. The host was super communicative and responsive when I brought up concerns. I would definitely stay here again if I had a big group.

This home was amazing. We were literally 15 minutes from everything. Management was fantastic and very accommodating. We booked this trip months in advance but if I had a question she was there to answer in a timely manner.The home was great for kids and infants. The pool was just the right size and perfect for the heat. I would definitely recommend this home to our family and friends

The house was great for the most part. However we did have to kill a few more roaches than we liked.
The beds are only fit for small couples. The game room was great. The house is clean for the most part, but we had to kill too many roaches at least 8 to 10. The manager was great and accommodating with an exterminator I would stay here again. There are no dressers in the room only closets. There is only one TV in the whole house. The air conditioner worked too well. The outdoor grill was too dirty to cook on and needs to be replaced. There are only 3 queen beds and two bunk beds the 2 sofas are not pullout sofas. All in all the house it’s a great stay if it’s exterminated.

When looking for lodging for my 10+ family member group for my daughter's 21st birthday, Odelya's gorgeous and upscale home is located mere minutes from the strip in the quiet neighborhood of Paradise. This home is spotless from floor to ceiling, fully stocked kitchen, pool, trampoline, games, and is packed with more amenities than any other place on the market! This stunner could be easily booked for twice the daily asking price, yet is quite affordable.

5 stars hospitality and 5 stars home 😍😍 we had such a great experience! Large house with everything we needed. Huge pool and large back yard for the kids to play. Pictures are deceiving
1. We understand Vegas is hot. However the house never cooled below 82 degrees, the bedrooms were even hotter than that. There were no fans at all in the entire house. You could SEE the outside through all doors….that sure lets a lot of heat in. 2. The pool is NOT a pool. It was a dipping pool. Not ok to be unclear when advertising for families. It was also dirty and only 3/4 full of water. So…you could dip your feet in I guess? Again ended paying for hotel to take kids to the pool we expected. 3. Front yard was atrocious and you had to hike through it to get in house. It looked like a house no one cared about from outside. Agreed inside was ok but given how HOT and miserable the house was it was not ok. We ended up paying for a hotel part of time due to complete misery from heat. 4. Backyard was not taken care off. Children went out back to play and there were “stickers” and overgrowth ruining their fun. 5. Roaches were seen in house. 6. Usually when you arrive all beds made and towels in each bathroom. There were unmade beds and we had to search for towels to have hand towels in bathroom. 7. The neighborhood was extremely questionable and the host did not share address ahead of booking. Lesson learned if they won’t give you general locale in ad, skip it! 8. The kids liked the ping pong table. 9. Nice that there was laundry detergent and shampoo. Those last two are the only positives I can say. We felt like this was not as advertised and will not stay her again and will not use Vrbo again. Also, while my understanding (maybe I’m confused) was professionally cleaned, hence the high cleaning charge passed to us, it was clear a professional did not clean or prep house for our stay. We have stayed at others and you can totally tell difference.

Great home for large families!
Great home. Easy to get to location off the strip but still close to everything. Newly remodeled with new flooring, paint and appliances. We really appreciated the laundry facilities since we were traveling with kids! Kids loved the trampoline, bunk beds and games. Host was awesome! She checked in on us via text throughout our stay and had everything from refreshments to shampoo ready for our stay. Loved being able to park in an enclosed garage. Will stay here again with the family on our next Las Vegas Trip.
