Nice Stay for our Wedding Group

The check-in process was easy, they got our group of 13 people (4 rooms) all on the same floor which was great. The hotel is a little dated, but well maintained. We enjoyed the happy hour & morning drink offerings and the pools & hot tubs, which are open 24/7. The free shuttle could be more reliable, we tried to take it twice and it never showed after waiting 30 minutes. We saw it once when it pulled up\\in and dropped off some guests but it never came back to pick us up after waiting 10 minutes. Easy walk to the strip and rideshare was reliable and quick.

I booked a 3 bedroom suite , but they do not have any 3 bedroom suites. After booking I was told they don’t know why it is listed the biggest is 2 bedroom suite. I was told I would have two 2 bedroom suites, I asked if I could have them close to each other. I was told I needed to provide a second person’s id and information for the second suite. I responded to the email and never heard back. I reached out multiple times to them, Vrbo and Expedia and could not get a confirmation that the two suites would be available for our stay. I had no reassurance that we would have our rooms until we got there. We were given two suites on the opposite ends of the same floor. Not ideal as we were meant to stay in a three bedroom suite but at least we had rooms to stay in. One of our suites had a toilet issue, we reported it and they quickly took care of it.

Incredible Stay-beautiful room and resort & smoke free!

The owner was very responsive to my questions and was very sweet. The property is very nice with all the amenities of a resort. We rented a 3 bedroom/2 bath unit for 4 adults and 1 teen so we all had our own room. Both bathrooms had a tub a separate shower. All basic soap, shampoo/conditioner/ dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent was provided. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots & pans. No spices or condiments other than a small salt and pepper shaker. There is a small "market" off the lobby but we opted to do a Target mobile order and the drive was only about about 8 minutes away. The entire unit was beautiful and well maintained. We didn't use the pools but some of us did visit the workout room and it was great. The front desk gave us a $20 voucher for the little market as compensation for the construction noise going on throughout the day (9A-5P) which didn't really impact us as we were out and about. After check-in, you'll be escorted to a desk on the opposite side of the lobby to "collect your wristbands." The people at the desk will try their best to get you to attend a presentation or, in our case, a "quick walk-through of a suite" in exchange for dinner gift cards/vacation voucher. After saying "not interested" a few times, they finally gave up. We felt this unit was close to everything and off the strip just enough. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. The condo exceeded my expectations. It was in great condition and very clean. Easy access to the strip and great pool area with a bar and they had a DJ. I would recommend as this was a great price and great stay!!

Girls' Trip

My wife and I took her mother and grandmother for a weekend trip. We had a very pleasant time, and enjoyed the suite very much. Everything was nice and clean, with the exception of the jacuzzi tub which seems to not have been cleaned since the previous guests (water and hairs found in tub), so we did not use it.

Better than pics

One of the few times I can say the place looked better than the pics. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was all super friendly. There is a free shuttle to the Paris and back. It is a time share so they will ask you to listen to a presentation but they were fine with a no answer. We traveled with 2 other couples and it worked well for us. Pools and hot tubs are open all year

Girls’ Trip & Birthday Celebration

This resort was perfect for our recent trip. Our condo was exactly as described on the website. Our Host provided timely and accurate communications. This is the 4th time I have stayed at this resort with friends & family. Guest services has always been friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to requests.

Perfect spot

Just far enough away from the strip to not have the smoke and noise...but still 2 blocks from the casinos and strip. Pool is great, clean and very comfortable. Directly across the street from Top Golf too.

Wonderful Place to stay OFF the Strip!

6 adults came to stay at the condo for a few nights! There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and we LOVED hanging out at the kitchen bar and in the living room! We walked to the strip several times. We also Ubered and took taxies if needed. Quick car service. Never had to wait more than 5 mins. Close to the airport too.

LUXORT's was great!

The property itself was great along with the communication of the property manager. However, our check in process was not on time and the front desk staff (who checked us in) were less than pleasant. The front desk also would NOT allow us to have a late check out and 'encouraged us to hurry up and move quickly to check out'-they were not that busy. We were redirected to a different desk that was able to "hold" our luggage and provide us with "wristbands." Those members of the staff were great and helpful. Our overall stay in the room was great but one less room than what I though we booked so thank goodness a couple of people canceled. This is a time share and we were presented with an offer to purchase as well. While the staff said there would be no pressure to purchase, that was NOT our experience.
