A 2-story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All rooms upstairs. Attached garage for personal parking as well as street parking for gue. Wi-Fi throughout the house gives access to streaming services. Central heat and AC. Master bedroom has master bathroom attached with standing shower only. King size bed with smart tv in room. Walk-in closet with tall dresser for storage. Second bedroom has king size bed with tall dresser and closet space. Third bedroom has 2 twin size beds with small dressers and closet space available. Loft upstairs for family gatherings like game nights, Washing machine and dryer upstairs as well. Neighborhood is very very quiet at night. Any loud noises will absolutely be noticed by all neighbors including ourselves. Quiet hours strictly enforced. Please be aware of house rules, no pets, no parties, etc. We live across the street and will notice.
