This was a great place to stay and get the benefits of the Vegas strip! Beautiful views! It was also a great place to stay while we traveled to Death Valley and Zion. It was clean and family friendly as well.

We had an amazing stay at the MGM Signature in Las Vegas. The suite was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view. Having a full kitchenette and extra living space made a huge difference compared to a standard hotel room. The property felt quiet and secure, yet it was just a short indoor walk to all the action at MGM Grand and the Strip.

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was as described, and the host Cindy was very responsive to our queries. Getting to mgm grand casinos and the other casinos on the LV strip was super convenient. We definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet place yet close to all the action on LV strip.

Spacious suite, very clean, appreciated having three bathrooms and a common space. The balcony had a great view of the strip. We appreciated how much room we had in the Bedroom, closets, and bathroom. Check-in was easy. It was nice having a Starbucks in the building as well. It was convenient to use the indoor walkway over to the MGM casino. Taxi service to and from the airport was easy and convenient.

The good : the View is pretty cool from the balcony.The cons : the beds are shot, for a more high end stay this place needs some serious TLC. We had friends that had to sleep on the pull out couches. They were so bad we had to order air mattresses just so they could sleep. The actual bed mattresses weren’t much better. They had multiple soft spots making it hard to sleep. Nowadays you can get a decent foam mattress for 500-1000 so there’s no excuse these can’t be replaced yearly. I reached out to the owner about needing some additional towels and pillows, she gave me a number to call, they told me to reach out to the owner because they aren’t through MGM, it was a run around. I’ve never had an owner who won’t make the call for you and make sure they are delivered. After all the mess with the beds and running around I asked the owner to please fix the issues for the next guests because no one should deal with that when spending that type of money each night. She ignored me for days before she responded. I highly doubt anything changes until her bookings start dropping from more negative reviews.Beware before booking. She has multiple places through the signature.

Terrific stay! The units were clean and well stocked! It was really nice to be able to shut the larger doors outside the units for some extra space (we kept our pool tubes out there!). Great location and host was terrific. Will for sure be returning, thanks so much!!

Great location with access to many amenities

Wonderful place to stay with a group of friends for the weekend. You have access to everything the mgm complex has to offer while having the space of an apartment instead of a hotel room. Such a fun time!

2nd time staying here and it’s perfect!

We had a great stay. The pool is fantastic and the suite had a great shared space with a balcony to hang out. Also love the proximity and short walk to the casino, while having a more laid back vibe.

The rooms were worn! Phones were not connected, plug-in in the kitchens did not work, walls were dirty, shower leaks under the glass, very limited dishes, coffee samples in the room was like water, the trash bags were literally small (like bathroom size bags) and only 2 available, clocks radios were not functional and the phone charger on there were not working and 1 did not even have a plug-in for it. Our tower pool was closed for the season with no warning from the owner. Couch pull out beds mattress was only about an inch or two thick, all the bars could be felt even for those weighing less than 100lbs! Knobs on a few of the drawers were missing. There was old coffee grinds left in the coffee pot from a previous visitor. Bathroom doors were squeaky so everyone knew when you were in there all night long too! Checkin was easy, and the location was good.

Great Location

The apartments were just great. Having a penthouse and adjoining room met our family needs. The penthouse was very good, the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in. The location was great, property clean, communication excellent. Our one issue was the fold out couch in the adjoining room. The mattress was terrible. Once this is rectified I would say 10/10, once rectified!

Good, but not as expected for Penthouse suite

Good location. Great for watching F1 race from balcony, BUT must Uber to the race itself due to walkway/road closures. Very few stocked supplies (cooking, paper products, towels, etc). Very thin sheets, bedding, towels (couch bed was like sleeping directly on springs). Needs maintenance (sink was clogged, no hot water for sink, squeeky doors, etc). No locks on most interior doors, including bathrooms.

Girls trip

Unit was perfect for 4 ladies. The only complaints we had were that the junior suite has a musty smell to it. We ran a diffuser the entire time we were there and that helped. Also the master suite sinks one was clogged and the other doesn’t have hot water. Cindy was very responsive and helpful with questions we had.
