This was the perfect place to stay for our family of four. The location was great, everything was very clean, communication was excellent. My husband and I stayed here with our 10 and 12 year old. It was so nice to have a full kitchen and two bathrooms. It was also nice to have a private pool specifically for our tower and be able to walk to MGM. We would absolutely stay here again.

Spring Break Stay

We will definitely come back. The room was excellent and had all the amenities we needed for a family of 4 with the kitchen! The only issue is with the resort and tower pools. The tower pools only had 1 pool open for the 3 and it was very busy. There was not a lot of chairs available and it seemed like non resident guests were there swimming. They did have wasted chairs in the cabana areas that could have been used for guests, especially since the other 2 pools were closed. The lazy river pool @ the MGM resort is only open weekends which is not stated anywhere in the booking or when I checked in & asked was never told it was closed during the week. We would definitely book here again and just know to book the weekend AND get there early to hold a spot.histated

Excellent Experience!

We stayed at this condo recently and we had a great experience! The condo is clean, spacious, convenient and perfect in every way! It is within walking distance to the strip and Uber/Lyft pick up out front too. Covered walkway to MGM Grand was helpful and Top Golf and Mile Mall are around the corner. The condo owner was easy to communicate with and we look forward to staying here again or one of their other properties! We highly recommend staying here!!

Perfect stay

Really enjoyed our time staying in this condo. Lots of space & very comfortable. Excellent location in a nice quieter building. The owner was very good with communication and very helpful. We were there for our wedding and it worked out perfectly for us. Would highly recommend.

Close to all yet a world away

This condo was a fantastic find! Close to the Strip and easy to get to yet a world away in terms of the pace. You feel like you are relaxed after spending time in the busy-ness of the casinos, nightlife, and shopping - able to return to a quiet and peaceful place of your own.The whole unit was well appointed and you don't really lack for anything. The check-in and check-out process were very smooth. The parking is easy and convenient if you decide to take your own car out.We come to Vegas at least once a year and we will definitely stay here again. We've already told others about our good experience here.

Clean and spacious

Property is located in walking distance from Strip and the monorail, which was very convenient! The condo was clean and very roomy. The bed was very comfortable and the master bathroom was amazing! The views from this corner suite were beautiful. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

Best Place We Ever Stayed in Vegas

We have visited Las Vegas many times and stayed in some of the better hotels. We had the best stay ever. The unit was immaculate, well stocked, extremely quiet and was accurately portrayed by the photos. We especially enjoyed being a couple blocks away from the craziness of the strip. When we were done with all that, we could retreat to our peaceful accommodations. Very walkable and easy access to the Deuce and the monorail. We highly recommend this place for your next visit!

Great location. Easy access to MGM grand and MGM pool. Kitchen had esstionals for small meals and I cooked in it every day. Full size refrigerator was a bonus. The spa tub was amazing. Easy to get around as well as easy to get to ride share area for pick ups. Overall great stay!

In town for kids soccer tournament

The property description was accurate with the bonus surprise of being an end unit. Furnishings were a bit dated but not beat-up or abused. I would say the pullout couch is a tough sleep and really best for children. Only real issue is the parking. We needed our car multiple times a day and the valet parking is tight and can get very busy so plan on 15 min wait at peak times or self-park. Having a smoke free building was a big plus and would definitely book here again.

Awesome Experience!

Our stay at the property was absolutely wonderful! Everything was perfect! Great getaway for Spring Break! I loved that there was a separate space from the bedroom and the extra bathroom was convenient. The master bathroom was huge and the two separate sinks was great (my husband and I didn't have to fight for space). I would definitely stay again and recommendation friends to stay here. Thank you!

Loved it!

Thank you so much for the stay!! We enjoyed my birthday weekend here, came on short notice to see the plant vs benavidez fight!! The room was exactly as described and super clean. The balcony was the best with the fresh air and sunlight. The jacuzzi tub was the ultimate plus after a long day walking around!! Host was quick to respond with any needs or concerns, kept great communication. The front desk host was awesome as well and super chill and nice.. we will definitely be staying here again our next trip to Vegas!!
