"The door entrance you sent via a picture was not the main door. I then walked around and found the lockbox. I had requested if some lights could be on because I had a late arrival at 10pm and they were not. The dock to the patio to get in is a bit far from the dock. You should have a handrail built there especially since you don’t allow the boat to leave. Using a hose that hangs from the ceiling to balance myself carrying my luggage to the patio is very unsafe. "The boat was beautiful. The interior was modern and clean. Very well appointed. Access was excellent. The location was very quiet- no activity once the other boats were docked. We felt very safe. We rented a scooter and parking was available. Location was excellent- access to Bay Street was convenient. Will rent again!!!!"
