"Nice stay. Clean. Helpful staff. Nice but not great breakfast. Plus having a traditional pub across the car park. Otherwise nothing else close. Would stay here again if in area."

"Shower did not work. Only one towel in the room. TV did not work. Very dirty floor. Stains on the bed and headboard. Windows don't open fully."

"Checked into Room one, nice view over quay but as soon as I lay on bed headboard collapsed, went to have shower and shower not working, was allowed to use bathroom down the hall but not ideal. No remote for TV so couldn’t use that either. Wanted to say good stay but very poor."

"Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was a standard room at the top of the house and it was very clean with a nice ensuite and a comfortable bed. "Excellent place lovely breakfast"

We liked it so much we booked another night. I DO NOT AGREE WITH The extra PAYMENT FOR PARKING. @£8.00 Per night. Thank you. Teresa Dobinson."

"Nuestro vuelo se cancelo y cogimos este hotel por estar próximo al aeropuerto y la verdad q relación calidad precio estupenda"

"Very nice room, bed was a little short for me at over 6 foot tall, but not the end of the world. Staff were very pleasant. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area"

By 8am there was a workman outside my first floor bedroom window so I had...
