additional lounging area with lush, comfortable seating.

The upper floor boasts three bedrooms, bathrooms, an office, and a
lounge. The main bedroom features a king-size bed in a room flooded
with natural light. Additionally, this room has a spacious en-suite
bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second and
third bedrooms both feature queen-size beds situated in rooms that are
generous with both space and natural light. This floor also features
two additional bathrooms, each containing a shower, washbasin, and
toilet. Further on, the lounge area features a flatscreen TV and ample
cosy seating. Guests will also appreciate the office space, ideal for
work-related activities. The property features internet access
throughout the home.

This property is located in a secure golf estate. The home overlooks
the 15th hole and also features spectacular lagoon views. The estate
itself offers guests plenty of activities to enjoy, such as a gym,
padel and tennis courts, soccer, basketball, a driving range, bike
hire, cycling trails, walking trails, a café, etc.

Only registered guests and vehicles will be granted access to the estate. As this is a quiet residential area, no parties or loud noise are permitted, and entry will not be allowed for any unregistered visitors. The estate has a strict 30 km/h speed limit, with warnings or fines for violations.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 1160 Nagel Cl, Langebaan Country Estate, Langebaan, 7357.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
