"We had such a wonderful and peaceful stay at The Creosote Cottage. The location is removed from the hustle bustle of actual Joshua Tree, which we loved. The cottage has the best desert home vibes and truly has everything you need: all the cooking supplies, spices, coffee/tea, Q-tips, makeup towels, body wash/lotion, shampoo/ conditioner, games and puzzles, an AMAZING record player and choice of records, pool floaties, corn hole, LITERALLY EVERYTHING. "The location and amenities were fantastic. There were some areas that weren’t as clean as one would expect (eg, we couldn’t use the pullout couch because it was so dirty)."

"Overall, an outstanding stay! My GF and I had a wonderful time in this cozy little retreat! We chose a new moon stay which meant magnificent views of the stars and Milky Way from the hot tub! Joshua Tree, the town and national park, offers some unique sightseeing and amazing park scenery. Only a couple of things I’d change…1. Fix the coded lock door. The bolt sticks. This was a problem I had a year and a half ago when I stayed here. Should be corrected by now. 2. Get a wine bottle opener...

"Property is great for dogs. The record player and vinyls are a wonderful touch. If you get here early fill the Beth Dutton tube and let it heat up for a unique outside bath. Two porch’s one covered and one not but great for sunset and sunrise Overall a great property."

"No surpises. Everything was clean. Between the 3 units we had everything we needed to prepare meals for the entire group. Would love to come back soon."
