"This log cabin is absolutely pristine and in a tranquil, private setting. The craftsmanship of the cabin is gorgeous and it's absolutely clean and crisp in every way. We enjoyed making eggs, French toast and bacon every morning in the cast iron pan. We loved waking up to the gorgeous view. The location was close to all we wanted to do, the Kancamangus highway, hiking the presidentials and driving to the Mount Washington summit. There is no TV but we didn't need it one bit. Slept incredibly well...

"We had a great family reunion at this wonderful Inn. We enjoyed the spacious living room and loved the large dining room where we could all dine together. The pool was closed for the season but several of us appreciated the new hot tub. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and the location was perfect for us. "Our stay at The Rustic Bear Cabin was absolutely perfect! The cabin is cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated with that true mountain-retreat charm. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into every. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the White Mountains! The location is ideal, quiet and peaceful, but still close to Bretton Woods and Franconia Notch and Lincoln. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back again. "We had a great stay! We were in town for a funeral so the purpose of the stay wasn’t the greatest, but we were able to all stay together and catch up, reminiscing about those we lost. The house is cute! Be advised that it is an older home, so creaky floors & doors are a given. There were 3 bedrooms with multiple beds in each room. There was also a couch in the living room and on the front (enclosed) porch for those that didn’t want to share a bed;-) Having the half bath on the first floor...
