"La habitación en general estuvo bien, pero cuando llegamos el teléfono no trabajo nunca, era tarde noche y necesitaba una cobija extra, hacía mucho frío, y no tenía cómo llamar yo estaba en un 6to piso la última habitación del pasillo con una pierna enferma y no podía caminar mucho., día siguiente la persona de la mañana fue muy amable, le reporte., pero en la noche cuando llegamos., y pregunté por todo., la persona de la noche fue muy grosera en sus lenguaje corporal y dijo literalmente que ella no podía hacer nada y que al otro día yo fuera a la 1.00 pm a buscar el personal para que me ayudaran., lo cual era imposible yo no estaba durante el día., llegábamos en la noche., todas las 5 noches que nos hospedábamos., así que me quejé con Expedia., y estuvo a punto de irme del hotel., la limpieza fue buena., pero si no ponía el letrero no venían a limpiar., incluso hubo un día que lo pudimos y no vinieron a limpiar., "

"The house was very nice, although the walls looked like cardboard. It was very comfortable and modern, but cleaning is NOT included; it's only available upon request 24 hours in advance and costs approximately $80 USD + tax per day. If you want clean sheets, it's another $10 USD + tax. If you go in winter, be prepared to shower with lukewarm water. There's an additional $10 USD + tax per day for a baby crib, and another extra fee for extra towels. The "included" water park was closed. At reception, they refused my packages that arrived before my arrival, even though I called a few days in advance to let them know they were coming. And by the way, it was $10 USD + tax per package! They literally want to charge extra for everything. What bothered us the most was the $150 USD penalty at checkout for leaving some glasses in the kitchen sink and a trash bag in the bedroom. When I called, they said I didn't follow the instructions, even though their instructions stated it was recommended, not mandatory. I think $150 USD was excessive for just a small trash bag and Glasses in the kitchen sink. What kind of 4-star hotel expects you to clean your room and take out the trash yourself, and then charges you a fine for leaving glasses in the kitchen sink, I've never experienced anything like that in a hotel. We were really disappointed. "
