The house was very nice, although the walls looked like cardboard. It was very comfortable and modern, but cleaning is NOT included; it's only available upon request 24 hours in advance and costs approximately $80 USD + tax per day. If you want clean sheets, it's another $10 USD + tax. If you go in winter, be prepared to shower with lukewarm water. There's an additional $10 USD + tax per day for a baby crib, and another extra fee for extra towels. The "included" water park was closed. At reception, they refused my packages that arrived before my arrival, even though I called a few days in advance to let them know they were coming. And by the way, it was $10 USD + tax per package! They literally want to charge extra for everything. What bothered us the most was the $150 USD penalty at checkout for leaving some glasses in the kitchen sink and a trash bag in the bedroom. When I called, they said I didn't follow the instructions, even though their instructions stated it was recommended, not mandatory. I think $150 USD was excessive for just a small trash bag and Glasses in the kitchen sink. What kind of 4-star hotel expects you to clean your room and take out the trash yourself, and then charges you a fine for leaving glasses in the kitchen sink, I've never experienced anything like that in a hotel. We were really disappointed.
