We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Lake Tahoe townhome! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in a space that was both immaculate and cozy. The house is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully outfitted with everything you could need for a comfortable weekend getaway. It had everything from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable bedding and plenty of space to relax!Betsy and Tim were phenomenal hosts. Their communication was prompt, clear, and thoughtful, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and that our stay was enjoyable.Overall, we couldn't recommend this townhome more highly. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would give it a solid 10 out of 10. We look forward to returning in the future!

Annual 4th of July Trip

My family of 6 stay at Lake Village for 5-6 days every July 4th holiday. We love the location and neighborhood amenities. This home in particular was one of the best for living up to the pictures/descriptions, being well stocked and cared for, having an amazing view and my personal favorite - an easy check out (absent a long list of cleaning duties). Would definitley stay again. Tim and Betsy were super commincative and helpful.

Great time and stay! Location was convenient and easy access to everything. Townhome was excellent. Clean, quiet, beautifully updated, very comfortable and filled with a ton of modern amenities. Nice views from multiple decks and community pool was an added bonus.Communication was great with the owners. It was a great time! Thank you.

Don’t look any further!!!

From the minute I booked this property to checking out the communication with the owner was impeccable! This townhome is well stocked! They have everything you need from very nice kitchen supplies, great utensils and cookware to lotions, soaps and shampoos in bathrooms. This home has a king size bed upstairs. With a separate outlook deck. Main level is living room, kitchen and dining with a balcony and finally on third bottom level there is a king size bed and in third bedroom two twin beds. The laundry room is also downstairs. The attention to detail was unbelievable. The owners really care about this property. We would book this property again in a heartbeat. It’s a 8-10 minute drive to Heavenly ski resort and about an hour to NorthStar.

Great place near the lake & nightlife

The condo has been recently updated and provided a relaxing oasis for our getaway. Our family of four visited in the summertime and loved the neighborhood’s proximity to South Tahoe beaches, marinas, golf, hiking and more with easy access to explore all the outdoor activities the area has to offer. We also loved the access to the neighborhood pool, tennis courts and club house with ping pong and a pool table. The HOA staff was exceptional and easy to work with. They even let us park a boat on the property for one night. The owners of this unit take great care of the property and are very responsive and organized. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and enjoy South Lake Tahoe.

Luxurious, super clean, and plenty of space

We loved our stay in this very well-appointed condo located conveniently near Stateline. There was plenty of space in the common area and three bedrooms for our party of five (including two children) and we appreciated all the cozy and luxurious touches (excellent mattresses and comfy blankets, heated bathroom floors, fully stocked and thoughtfully labeled kitchen). Owners Tim and Betsy provided excellent and timely communication for everything we needed. The only slightly inconvenient part was the limited hours of the HOA office, but we were able to make it in after a day at Heavenly to register and obtain the necessary parking permit.

Great Location

We had a comfortable and peaceful stay with our family of 5. The home is near attractions but tucked away to provide quiet walks. Tim and Betsy were great and easy to chat with when needed. Our beds and baths were cozy and clean with beautiful sunset views of the mountains and Lake Tahoe.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful vacation and loved this beautiful home! It was super clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and is in a great location. It’s a super quick drive to the beach or stores, hikes, and there is a pool/club house and small playground in the village (which had just reopened and you can easily reserve spots). There is a spa too, but we didn’t use it. The owners were communicative and easily accessible if needed. The home looked recently renovated- we loved the kitchen space and really nice shower downstairs. We also loved stargazing on the upstairs patio. Perfect spot to sit outside or have a snack too. There were two other outdoor sitting areas as well. Overall, a great stay and we would love to come back im the future!

Quiet and relaxing

Very clean and relaxing. Unit has been updated and very well maintained. Beds are comfy! And AC!! Hard to find AC in rentals in Tahoe... had a great time!
