Great Experience

Exceptional Hospitality and a Perfect Getaway!

As a retired hospitality executive, I can confidently say that Derek and April have mastered the art of hospitality! From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease, thanks to the warm welcome at the security gate—an extra touch that resonated with us as residents of a gated community in Florida. Stepping into the condo, we were delighted by the array of amenities that awaited us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need, including food seasonings, a blender, a pizza pan, a coffee maker, and more! Additionally, there were beach chairs, an assortment of games, and the place was impeccably clean. The condo's modern decor, stunning views, and abundance of activities on the property were outstanding. Our family had a blast kayaking with our daughters, and we took advantage of the area's attractions. Day trips to Chimney Rock, Zen Tubing on the French Broad River, Biltmore Estate, Navitat Canopy Zip Lining, and Lake Lure were all highlights of our stay. The property offered so many activities for both adults and children, including pickleball, mini golf, excellent onsite restaurants, and even live music on the beach while toasting s'mores, making it feel like a summer camp for all ages. This location was perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of daily life. Yet, for those willing to drive an hour, there are many beautiful destinations with hiking trails and waterfalls to explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Updated & Clean Condo

Our party of four adults were very comfortable in this updated and very clean condo with a view. It is located just a few minutes from the entrance and very convenient to all the amenities and traills in Rumbling Bald. The owners were very responsive and helpful. There are two short flights of stairs between levels so be aware. Enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Condo!

Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated…we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Just a short drive to the indoor pool, which the kiddos loved, and I loved the sauna and hot tub! View from deck was so peaceful and we would definitely stay again!

Freshly updated condo decorated in soothing lake colors and theme. Spacious kitchen and very large primary suite. Nestled in quiet Quail Cove, enjoyed overlook of Lake Lure beach area. Lots to do at Rumbling Bald and surrounding areas. Property managers are great. Thanks for opening your home to us as we renovated ours!

Girls weekend

Derek’s condo was even lovelier than the photos. The master bedroom was very spacious. Kitchen and baths are beautifully remodeled. Kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at our condo in Lake Lure. A beautiful view of the lake. Everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. So nice, neat and clean! Beds are so comfy! I especially appreciated the laminated departure instructions that were on the frig. That makes things so much easier when guests leave. Our hosts were great to work with. This condo will not disappoint!

The stay was wonderful. The condo was extremely clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautiful Lake and Rental

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was extremely clean and looked just like the pictures. We had a great time soaking in the sights from the balcony of the lake. We found great places to eat and places to see while we were there. We will definitely return to Lake Lure and stay at this same rental again.

Great location

Everything was great except the screen doors leading to decks were really hard to open and close. A lot of spider webs on deck as I know it is outside but could be cleaned up for better outside experience. Inside the house was awsome

First Visit to Lake Lure
