"First impression was a very old space quickly stocked with thrift shop furniture and accessories. Our arrival was after 9pm and at that time, the internet was intermittently working. The main light and the outlet in the bath were not working. The next morning, the internet WAS NOT WORKING. The host responded quickly to my text and had that internet up and running within two hours so that was appreciated. Unfortunately, starting out the morning even for 2 hours without tv, internet and no coffee...

She also communicated well.We appreciated several things about this property. It's conveniently located near Willmar, the check-in process was easy, & the price was reasonable. The kitchen was very well-stocked (including plenty of dishes), the appliances we used all worked well, the fridge was clean, & the furniture was comfortable. "Great location and room interior was nice. Bldg could use some clean up on the outside. Not the best impression when you pull up, looks like kind of an old apartment bldg. Fortunately the inside was nice and updated and across the street from the beach and Main Street restaurants etc. prime location."
