This property is in a great location right by the beach part of the lake and walking distance to a park for the kiddos. Don’t let the exterior deter you from it, once you walk inside, it’s beautiful and updated… with a great view! The host was also communicative

Everything about our stay, was excellent. Our host was great, as well! Slept well, nice to have all of the amenities, would’ve stayed longer if we could have. Great relaxing vacation and stay!

Great location and room interior was nice. Bldg could use some clean up on the outside. Not the best impression when you pull up, looks like kind of an old apartment bldg. Fortunately the inside was nice and updated and across the street from the beach and Main Street restaurants etc. prime location.

Wow what a place , the home is beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful views of the lake even frozen. Would definitely recommend. Loved this place.

Beautiful condo, modern and clean. The exterior of the building is deceiving as to what to expect once you are inside the condo itself. Everything you need for an overnight stay, would’ve happily spent another night.

This is the second time we've stayed at this location. It has been beautifully renovated, so convenient to everything in town, including the public beach great view of the lake and sunrise.!

Really confusing the property is apt 5, but the wifi and listing shows apt 6. So we ended up knocking on the neighbors door. It was embarrassing to say the least. Eventually got it sorted out and the property was clean and well furnished

This property is LOVELY inside, which is what we were looking for. The property isn’t what you’d expect for a “condo”. It is more like a very old apartment 6 or 8-plex, but has been upgraded very nicely with modern amenities and is right on the lake (set back off the lake by a parking lot). Everything is brand new and nicely appointed. Spicer is a small lake town and for the various options there, this was a great choice. One thing I may have missed was the unit number (5) that I couldn’t find in the app as we checked in, so had to use deductive reasoning to choose the right key pad to enter. Overall a great stay.

The inside of this Vrbo is beautiful, squeaky clean and comfortable. The bedding is so nice and new. The outside is misleading, looking somewhat rundown and shoddy.The only suggestion is to put dimmers in the lights, or the option of lamps to soften the lighting which is very bright.

Once inside the space was very modern. Everything needed was provided and very clean. Quiet area with a beautiful view of the lake. We would definitely stay again!
