The property was exactly as advertised, no surprises. A very nice area of town & easy access to all that Lake Havasu has to offer. Owners were quick to answer any questions we had. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to a friend. Take note that the pool is not heated. However, super clean & quite refreshing when it’s 90 outside.

Steve was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.Property is exactly as advertised. Nice quiet location that is only a few minutes from McCullough St or the London Bridge area. Stayed for 35 days and had a terrific overall experience. Highly recommend and would gladly return someday.

Delightful

Plenty of room to stretch out and have space for Office. We do all our own meal prep and VRBO’s and this place was very well equipped. It had the extras that make it exciting for even an 18-year-old to be cooking. We felt safe in the neighborhood as I enjoy doing walks after dark also. It really is a quiet part of town. . One of the highlights was using the Foos ball table 2 nights in a row to totally whoop an 18-year-old! Great family, fun times and it was easy to all have our usual daily needs met in a place like this. Plenty of room to park vehicle.. nice to be fairly close to London Bridge and it’s just a great section of town . Easy check-in and comfortable beds and nice window coverings.

Wonderful, spacious, and clean!

Wonderful property. Very spacious and clean. Had all the amenities needed after a long day at the lake-ac, pool, laundry, and enough space to spread out and relax after a long very hot day. Communication with owners was fantastic and they were very accommodating. Instructions were thorough and super helpful. No issues at all during our stay. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent property.

Steve and Sandi provide a wonderful vacation home. Home had everything you would need. It was clean, with comfortable furniture both inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked for all your cooking needs. The front patio on a windy day was an excellent area to sit and enjoy the outdoors and be protected from wind. The back patio is wonderful for catching sun rays and viewing the stars at night. If you ever had to contact them they immediate responded to any of your inquiries. Would definitely stay here again.

Havasu House

The house was very clean with a nice master bedroom suite and a well equipped kitchen. Everything was in good condition but a little dated. The pool area was beautiful but we visited in February so use was limited because the pool is not heated. The location was in a very nice area about 2 miles from the downtown and London Bridge area. There's a set of golf clubs in the garage for guest use, so that's a nice extra.

it was loaded with everything you could think of. All you needed was clothes. personals and food. The house was spacious, and the pool was awesome, very clean. plenty of parking and close to everything. Will definitely be going back. The host Steve and Sandy were wonderful people.

Had an amazing 4 days in this house. Close to the new Riviera Marina for launching the boat and the pool after a long day was nice and refreshing. Had a few questions upon arrival which the property owners responded to and took care of right away. Will definitely stay here again!

AMAZING!!!!

WOW is all I can say! This home is truly beautiful & oh so spacious. This was our first time in Lake Havasu & we had a blast! Drinking margaritas & hanging by the pool was the icing on the cake!! I love how detailed everything was, it allowed the check in & out process to be perfect!! Steve is wonderful w communication & answered all of my questions. I can’t wait to book w him again =)!!

Another Amazing Father’s Day trip

Steve and Sandy are by far the best couple to rent from. The home is always crisp and clean when we arrive and the communication is above superior. Nothing better than getting home from a day at the lake and relaxing in the pool or recliner. The neighborhood is very safe and clean.

Very relaxing

We had an amazing time! This home is equipped with everything you need. The temps reached 118 degrees while we were there and the ac had no trouble keeping us confortable. I am hot natured and kept the temp at 73 and loved it. The pool was amazing and very relaxing during the hot temps. We cant wait to return to this beautiful home in the future. The host are amazing and their response to any questions are top notch!!

Perfect home for any age, but exceptional for my 83 year old father!!

Took my 83 year old father to LHC to visit friends. Plenty of room for his walker and wheelchair. No steps made it easy to maneuver! Great location in a quiet neighborhood. All the comforts of home!
