It was very easy communicating with AJ. Timely, accurate and detailed responses at all times. He also allowed us to check in a little earlier as the weather was bad.We lived at the property for 1 night - 5 adults and 6 kids. Location is convenient, safe and there is ample street parking.The property and furniture is a little dated. There was no lock in some of the bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom, which made it a little inconvenient in terms of privacy. The carpet in family room could use some cleaning - we rolled it up during our stay. The televisions could be updated as they were old and we could not connect apps on the TVs for kids. Some mattresses were old and worn, but covered in sheets and were ok to sleep on.Kitchen was quite decent. Lots of plates, mugs, condiments. Nice appliances.Overall we had a good stay for 1 night. It snowed in and the home was quite warm.

Sister weekend

Our group was rather disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean-something brown was on porch table. Not sure what it was but it was gross. other areas with stuff smeared/spots on the white lock doors and other areas. Handrails to upstairs were sticky and hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Dust ready to fall off the ceiling fans. Information states there are extra towels in the dressers in the bathrooms-there isn't a dresser in the downstairs basement and none in the one upstairs. when I asked about more was told 1 is set out for each person. never seen that before at vrbo rentals. 1 hand towel for 5 people for 3 days too...The downstairs shower doesn't work. Friday morning there was a trickle that came out of shower head, and Saturday morning minimal water would only come out of the bath faucet so we werent able to use it. \Only 1 dish cloth and no dish towels were found. When we got there, the upstairs rooms were freezing cold, and all the units mounted on the walls were running. Information at the house says "Please replace all AC/Heating remotes upstairs in their holders on the walls in the bedrooms." That is why I asked about them. Sat. mid-afternoon when we returned from site seeing, the main AC/Heater control was locked. we could not turn below 70 degrees. We would not recommend this as a place to stay.

Lovely place to stay

My family, friends and I stayed for a night. Most of us did the hike around the lake. This place is very comfortable and homely. Quick and easy access to the house. Owners were very accommodating. Short drive to the town center.

Away from The Hustle of LG

This property was perfect in regards to location 100/10. It was close to everything essential and fun. We had Pier 290 within walking distance! We couldn't have found a better spot to celebrate my sister and her upcoming wedding. The house has all essentials (towels, cookware, dinnerware, etc). The space was perfect as well! We will definitely stay here again if we have a vacation planned in the Lake Geneva area.

Great location in Williams Bay!

This house was in the perfect location in Williams Bay - walking distance to restaurants, bars and the water. Although it is an older home, it was very clean and the host was very responsive and accommodating.

Charming home within walking distance to town!

We had a lovely time at this property! It was within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We even enjoyed sitting out in the backyard and enjoying the fantastic weather. You can tell the host cares about its guests as there were plenty of linens available, snacks and some breakfast foods, a house guide with recommendations. Would gladly stay here again if we are ever back at Lake Geneva!

Winterfest weekend

I took 6 teenage girls up to Lake Geneva for Winter Fest and this was the perfect place for us. Bathrooms and kitchen had been remodeled and had all we needed. Family room provided lots of good seating and they loved being able to bunk together in the bed rooms. Host was very easy to communicate with and the location was great…easy drive to downtown LG and easy walk to lake, coffee shop and restaurants in Williams Bay.

Not what we expected from pictures online.

While the owner was responsive to all of our inquiries and requests the general condition of the property left much to be desired. Bedroom closets messy with miscellaneous storage, old clothing, superfluous furniture leaving little space for renters to use. No working carbon monoxide detector. Interior worn including furniture, upstairs carpeting, baseboards/trim in need of paint. Linens old and worn and not enough for our week stay. Good security with dead bolts and digital entry. Kitchen utensils very well stocked. It is understood it is an older home but everyday maintenance and attention needs to be attended to if used as a rental.

Convenient, quiet location

Our family stayed here to enjoy the lake. This house was clean, quiet and stocked very well. This is great for families with kids. A few minutes walk to the lake, coffee shop, convenience store, restaurant and ice cream. Great location! House has all kitchen items, bbq, and board games.

We enjoyed our stay in Williams Bay! The home was as described and well equipped. The location was perfect. Large Lake Geneva home

Beautiful, large home with everything we needed. We loved the yard and patio chairs as well as the front porch to spend time outside. Short walk to ice cream shops, coffee, the lake, not too far from downtown. Check-in was a breeze and we got to do so early, which was great! Host was a good communicator as well. Would recommend this place for a big group.

Lovely Experience

My friends and I needed a place to stay while attending a convention in the Lake Geneva area and chose this property. I don't think we could have been more happy. The owner was very communicative and updated everything, including check in information, as promised. The house was clean, well stocked and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. The area itself was great and there are several restaurants within a block that you can walk to. While this property is in Williams Bay, Lake Geneva proper is a short 10-15 minute drive away. Absolutely recommend 100%. You will not be disappointed.
