The home was great, clean and well spaced for hanging out with friends in the dining room or living room. Bedrooms are well set up with ample, comfy beds. The location is great, walking distance to downtown, the lake and across from a great speakeasy. The host was pleasant and very responsive.

Our big family group of 15 stayed at a Lake Geneva rental from December 20–22, 2025, and we had a wonderful experience. The house was very spacious, yet thoughtfully designed to keep everyone together, allowing us to truly enjoy quality family time.The home features 5 beautiful bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and was extremely clean. The living room was perfect for gathering, with lots of games that everyone enjoyed. The kitchen and dining area were among our favorite spaces—very spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kids absolutely loved the basement with bunk beds, while my brothers enjoyed watching football games on the big-screen TV down there.A special highlight was that my brother and his wife were in town and surprised us by spending the day with us, which made our time together even more memorable.The host, Brian, was excellent. The cost for early check-in and late checkout was very reasonable and helped tremendously with our large group. Brian was very accommodating, responsive, and even reached out to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed.Due to the weather, we didn’t use the backyard, but we could easily imagine how amazing it would be in the spring or summer. The house is within walking distance to the lake, making it very convenient for walks and outdoor activities. We would absolutely come back. I highly recommend this place as one of the best stays in Lake Geneva. Five stars all the way!

Girls weekend

Beautiful place, excellent hosts, fantastic neighborhood. Our only criticism was not being able to make a fire in the fireplace. One of the many reasons we chose this house was the fireplace feature. We also wanted a front porch, updated kitchen, and a spa tub. This place had all of that!

Great Location - Well Oiled Rental Machine

The Baker St. Bungalow is a wonderful stay - great location to downtown (5 min walk). The house is nicely updated, lots of space, and well equipped (towels, kitchen). We ran into issues with communication as the house was under construction removing use of the basement without notice, foot tracks in the house, 1st floor bathroom had been used/not cleaned, and front door lock pad did not work. Brian was kind and communicative, doing his best to make our stay better.

Great location to explore Lake Geneva

This is a lovely older home that is very close to the lake and the town. We really enjoyed walking on the shore path (all the way to Williams Bay!), shopping and dining in town, and a cocktail across the street at Maxwell Mansion. The house itself is well maintained, very clean with nice furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked. We visited in the winter so didn't really use the yard or porch. 10am checkout feels early but otherwise it was perfect.

Family Vacay

Everything about the house and our experience during our stay was wonderful! The kids and us parents loved the house as a whole including the comfy beds, soft towels, family game shelf, and a fully stocked and furnished kitchen and home. If we ever stay in Lake Geneva again, we will definitely see if this home is available again!

Great Trip

This was our second rental in the area with this owner for a girls trip and it went great. Owner is very helpful and responsive. This house has charm with nice updates and a great location. It is located across the street from the Maxwell Mansion and within walking distance of the beach and downtown.

Friend reunion

We gathered to celebrate our friendship and needed a large home to accommodate everyone. This home was spacious, clean and well appointed. We spent most of our time in the home at the large dining room table. We shared food, drink and played the board games that we brought. Everyone in the group enjoyed our stay. First time to area and very much enjoyed spacious, clean, and comfortable house with wonderful natural light all around. Proximity to lake and downtown meant easy walks to everything, but also some car traffic nearby. Hosts seem organized, communicative, and have thoughtfully arranged the house. Would stay here again.

House was great & has everything might need. Great location for group of older ladies on girls shopping trip. Had a bit of a hiccup, however Brian was great to work with and made it right. Would definitely stay there again or one of their other properties.

Wonderful

Five women 62+ members of a book club stayed at the house. Three of us had our own wonderful bedrooms and two women shared a bedroom each with their own bed. Very spacious for us. Close to downtown. We walked down to catch the lake boat cruise. Enjoyed the lovely patio area. Any concerns the owner was very responsive.

Beautiful Home in Great Location

My five sisters and I stayed here for a sisters' trip. This was one of the best rentals we've stayed in. The home was tastefully decorated and very clean. The location was great. As a group aged 55+ we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go (downtown, boat tour, walking trail, etc.). The beds were very comfortable. Unlike other rentals we've stayed in, there were plenty of paper products (toilet paper, tissues, paper towel) and plenty of towels, washcloths, etc. I would recommend this rental to anyone going to Lake Geneva.
