"Our family loved the private pool & hot tub. Would be nice to have float tubes and a ball especially for kids. Loved the large living/entertainment spaces & 4 bedrooms.Kitchen could have basic spices in the cupboard. Our toaster wasn’t working so called to report it & they promptly delivered a new one. Great place, close to Disney. Highly recommend."

"This was a fantastic property. The house was great. The only negative was we couldn't get the pool or hot tub to work properly, but the management company refunded our money. Florida Premiere Rentals is a 1st class company and they did what was right. Thank you."

"The property is nice, but we had serious issues that never got corrected. We had hvac problems and the tech couldn’t fix it, and just brought box fans in to alleviate heat. It wasn’t a new problem and Florida vacation rentals was aware. The house shouldn’t have been rented until the hvac units were replaced. So the hvac guy with our group finally fixed the ac to where we could stand to sleep there.The other issue was electrical. We had one bedroom area and hallway that had no electric. That one...

"Property itself was wonderful for floor plan and decorHowever - calls for a dead door lock on day 2...were not acted on until a second call had to be made at 10 pm at night when we had called 8 hours earlier.....frustrating as we had children that had to wait for an emergency technician - no followup until another call placed hours later... No lock box to gain access - response the next day was that they would have a lock box installed at this property, not helpful to us their guests locked out...

One caveat was they were still cleaning when we arrived, but we were swimming at the resort, so no worries...but I'm sure they had to rush then...bedding not on our bed but in dryer...no biggie.
