The co.plex was amazing. The location perfect. The pool amazing. The rooms were great. We had a few issues with the toilet needing a new handle. We had to flush by removing the lid. We requested tepairs twice. But second time it was fixed

First I do want to say that the communication with the team was the best. We arrived at the home and the code that we were provided to enter was incorrect, the gate code we were provided was also not correct. In addition the fridge was hot to the touch and we had to call to get a technician to come and look at it. He did go immediately to get us ice to for the groceries we had. There washing machine started leaking as soon as we did a load of clothes and the food was to put towels there until they could get someone to come and fix it. We didn’t get a call until the day before we were due to leave and we were not at the reveal so opted not to have them come. It also took quote a bit of time to cool down the living room area. The accommodations themselves were nice but I do feel like it could have been cleaner when we got there. There were dust bunnies in the kitchen and a slight musty odor in the main bedroom. The location was great and the views were amazing so it did have that going for it. Again, prompt response from the management team so the support was great.

Loved it!

We have stayed at Puamana a few dozen times over the past 30 years and it is a magical place. This unit was the best so far. Beautiful location. Great layout....instant hot shower as well...pretty cool. Great for our family for 10 days. Mahalo.

Property was exactly as described. Location was great. Property host was very communicative. Access to pools was very helpful and local beach access was a short walk away.

We only stayed one of the nights we booked.

We ended up getting almost a full refund for our stay due to the fact that we had not been appraised of the condition of the unit. We arrived late in the evening and put our groceries in the refrigerator before realizing that the air conditioning was not working. The bedrooms were outfitted with portable units that were very loud and the windows couldn't open to allow any fresh air. This was the case in both bedrooms and in the master bath. The only opening window in the unit was the sliding glass door at the back. The couch cushions were flat and needed replacement. The bar stool seat cushions had separated seams with the stuffing showing . The unit was not very clean. The carpet in the kitchen had not been vacuumed, nor had the edges the hallway and bed rooms been cleaned. The AC vent in the ceiling of the master bedroom looked like it had never been cleaned. The central AC unit running in the hallway ceiling, was extremely loud when it ran. All of this should have been disclosed before we arrived. We would never had chosen to stay there. We lost a day of our vacation trying to find other accommodations and ended up booking through another company. We also were charged a cleaning fee which didn't seem reasonable since the unit was not clean when we got there and we had no choice but to stay the night. The owners should not have allowed their unit to be rented knowing the condition it was in.

Fabulous property in great location

This property is in a great location in a peaceful, well maintained complex with three pools and two small beaches just a short walk to Lahaina. The unit itself is practically on the water and from the patio we enjoyed watching the whales and incredible sunsets. The unit was well appointed and well stocked with everything we could need. We were well pleased and would look forward to staying here again.

Views, views, whales, whales and more!

The location of this unit is fantastic. Close enough to town to walk, but far enough away to feel like you're not in town. This unit is well stocked and we had no problems while we were there. The pool is practically on the ocean and a great place to relax or do some laps. The grounds are well kept and clean. The condo even comes with some beach stuff to use. While it is a lovely property and location, it could use some updating. Everything is functional, but some of the furniture is old and tired. The mattress in the second bedroom is very, very soft. I would and probably will stay here again.

View from the lanai was amazing !

Could not have been more happy with our stay. This place is literally paradise. We loved the view, and we loved the surfing, and also the beautiful beach. The house was so perfect, and we loved every minute

Great vacation rental

This place was great, very well appointed, furniture and beds very comfortable, the beautiful Peter Lik pictures throughout the house were an added bonus! The one thing I wish I knew ahead of time is that you can’t get to the beach in front of the townhouse. There are thick shrubs and it is a $250 fine for walking through. You have to go about 100 yards down to get to a beach access. It wasn’t that big of a deal but would have been nice to know.
