"We have stayed in this property several times over the years, and truly have loved the condo and its location off Cleo ST. The property manager was excellent with helpful, friendly communication and very quick responsiveness to questions. The view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. That said, sadly, the property seemed very worn down this time. Torn and badly worn carpets. worn out linens, rusting patio furniture with sharp edges, mattress in main bedroom worn out with trenches on...

"The location is amazing, the view is incredible. The only reason we did not give a full 5 stars is the property is a little run down. The HVAC did not work but they had mobile window AC units in each room, there is a hole in the primary ceiling, and it lacks general property maintenance (ie: exterior paint, rusty stair rail ect.) All this aside we would stay again because of the location and view. "

I typically do a lot of investigating before picking the place, so this was a new experience. "Very convenient house located directly between Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland. Lots of shopping and restaurants within a short drive of the house including a Costco down the road."
