Acerca de esta propiedad

Ideally located for a relaxing vacation

  • A fantastic and very spacious 2-bedroom apartment in a gated community. The unusual architecture of this 2-story building led residents to nickname it “Condomínio Baleia” (Whale Condominium) because of its long, curved shape. It is just a 5-minute walk from the famous and prestigious “Dona Ana” Beach and a 10-minute walk from the historic old town of Lagos. The building’s grounds are elevated and walled, providing ample privacy and security in the pool area. This top-floor apartment offers a beautiful view of the sea. It is ideally suited for a family to enjoy the surrounding environment of beautiful beaches, as well as the excellent restaurants and wines. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating. All bedrooms are spacious, bright, and feature large windows with electronic blinds.

The property was lovely and our experience there was great. The unit has a view of the pool, and the property is bright and sunny. All of the furniture is very comfortable, and everything was very clean. The bathrooms are both clean with strong water pressure. Note that the unit comes with beach towels, WiFi and a set of restaurant recommendations. We had a great time and would stay there again!

Fantastic apartment, in a very family friendly block. We found the pool fantastic, with only a short walk to either the beach or down into Lagos town. Apartment was very clean and had all we needed for a two week stay

Very nice apartment in Lagos, convenient to boardwalk and beaches

Extremely nice, spacious apartment. Not cluttered. Good condition. Very clean and well kept. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything. Great location, with easy access to Praia da Dona Ana (beach) and boardwalks. Loved the balcony. Nice view. The pool looked great but access was inconvenient (we had to go through the garage to get to it). Beach towels were not provided, so bring your own! We would stay there again.

Very accommodating

We were late arrivals and Carlos, the Property Manager, kept in touch and didn’t mind our lateness. The place is well stocked and the 2 br + 2 ba apt was perfect for 2 friends who aren’t a couple. Beds are very firm but firmness does not give backaches as too soft mattresses will. One glitch with master bath plumbing was fixed immediately. Master bath has a jacuzzi that I appreciated after many hikes. Location and proximity to Dona Ana beach and local restaurants and town is great. We are walkers but if you’re not, there are multiple restaurants within a block including a very good Chinese restaurant. Thanks, Carlos, for the many recommendations. Nice ocean view from deck with new deck chairs that are nicer and softer than those in photo. Pool is heated I believe and directly below and part of the view. Take a $25pp boat ride (45 minutes) to see all the neighboring beaches and grottos. You’ll go through caves and have amazing views up!

Lagos apartment

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment and pool was very nice. Hot water heater broke on second day. They attempted to fix it but needed to have it repaired but as it was a holiday weekend nobody was available. They provided access to another apartment so we could shower, brought us a bottle of wine and some pastries, as well as offered an extra night.
